The home is close to many local attractions such as a national park (7min drive), a huge municipal beach (7min walk) with restaurants, shops, activities (tennis, volleyball, cooking etc)

It is a beautiful house, recently refurbished, that is very near the ocean with a multitude of local attractions that makes for a interesting location.
What makes this property unique
We love the ocean. Walking/running on the beach, playing in the waves, laying in the sun, snorkeling, and diving for lobster during the season. We love the ocean during the summer when the water is clear and is as warm as a bathtub.
