Welcome to Boyd's Bungalows II for Contractors, all types of Employees, and Nurses! This home is focused on guests that will be in Kokomo or the surrounding area that are here for work. Our NO frills home is offered at a discounted rate and more reasonable, affordable, and comfortable place to live while you are away from home instead of being in a hotel. This is not a vacation rental home and focused on the basics to keep costs down. We provided everything you need for a 2 night stay or several months at a time.

Boyd's Bungalows is pleased to provide a quaint and home, two bedroom, short term housing in the hub of Kokomo's City attractions. This property is easy walking distance to local shopping centers as well as a short drive to many eateries and super-centers. It's convenient to all of what downtown Kokomo has to offer. Whether you are looking to stay for a few days or a few months, you will find this location easy to come and go.

The Space:

This two bedroom unit packs a punch! Both the queen bedroom and the king bedroom offer smart televisions, dressers and closet space. This adorable unit has an open concept kitchen and living room. The cozy living room has all the extras as well with a fireplace and a 55" smart television, leather sectional, and a desk for laptop usage. The eat in kitchen comes with the basic cooking essentials and place setting for four. Full size washer and dryer also available.
