Whether you’re in town for a summer festival, a concert, or just looking for a stylish getaway, this modern downtown condo offers the perfect blend of vibrant city life and quiet relaxation. (Upper unit with stairs, no elevator.)
Check-in is seamless and secure via keyless entry.
This is a comfortable, clean, and attractive condo with one bedroom with a queen bed, a master bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom. If additional sleeping space is needed, there is a large couch and a small roll-out bed. The condo overlooks downtown Kokomo with French doors opening for fresh air. When you've had enough of the energy of vibrant downtown living, just close the doors and windows and enjoy the quiet. Please note, this is an upper unit, there are stairs and no elevator. Also, our small kitchen is well-equipped, and we'll have plenty of coffee stocked for you! However, there is no dishwasher, so dishes have to get washed the old fashioned way! There is a laundry room including laundry soap for you to use.

This condo was great! The location was awesome, it was right downtown with lots of restaurant options close by. The condo itself was really clean and modern. The building is in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My husband and I are from Wisconsin, and we have a daughter who lives in the Kokomo area. We decided to purchase a downtown condo to enjoy Kokomo while we are in town visiting her! We'd love to share our space with you while you are in town as well!

Why they chose this property

We found so many restaurants and shops within walking distance of downtown. There are bike trails and walking paths too! Kokomo also has "Kokogo" which has free bike rentals! It is located very close to downtown. Another place we love to visit is Cross America. They have a coffee shop, gift shop and a FANTASTIC mission! Here is the website: https://crossamerica.net/
