Epic location

A great no frills base to explore the north shore from. The room is small but is tidy and located 5min walk from Sunset beach and V-land. You spend the vast majority of your time outdoors here so the room size isn’t an issue. Vanessa is a great host! Easy to talk to and relaxed. If you are looking for a laid back and centrally located place to enjoy the surf from, this is it!

disappointed

difficulty finding the place, with no communication from the owner of how to get in. photos very deceiving, the property has little to no privacy especially having people staying upstairs and a shared backyard with neighbours. for the price we paid, I expected a lot better. very over priced for what you get.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! Vanessa and her husband were wonderful hosts, very kind and helpful! Their property is perfect if you want peace and quiet away from all the tourists/crowds.
