Carefully renovated "Podere La Massa" consists of a detached house and 8 apartments. It is surrounded by olive groves, fields and it enjoys a wonderful view over the Chianti hills. It is a very quiet position, ideal for nature lovers to enjoy walks or bicycle runs in the surroundings area. Each apartment has its private outdoor area fenced by hedges. A few kilometres away there are the Castello di Brolio (18 km), Meleto (14 km), Vertine (12 km) and Badia a Coltibuono and Spaltenna. Volley ball court and mini-football pitch. Children playground. Rustic, simple large working farm "La Massa". 10 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 13.5 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 43 km from the centre of Siena, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: natural garden 2 ha, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 27.Sep.). Outdoor shower, volleyball court, garden furniture, children's playground (slide). Polecam mimo kilku ale
Byłam w tym obiekcie w 2011 r i teraz po 8 latach. Raczej nie odświeżono go w tym czasie. Dwie rzeczy na minus: - malutki prysznic z niedomykającymi się drzwiami. Widać, że stary i wyeksploatowany z ... - niewygodne łóżko w sypialni. Na ramie położone 2 materace, które ciągle się przesuwały a między nimi robiła się dziura. Ani plus ani minus: - źle działający Wi-Fi, ale można odpocząć :) Plusy: -Ładny i czysty basen - zadbana działka - miejsce przy apartamencie na grilla- Piekne widoki
