18th Century House with Private Garden - Yèvre le Châtel

One hour from Paris, this cottage is located in the privileged setting of the fortified castle walls of Yèvre-le-Châtel, a village listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. This detached 18th-century house boasts a private enclosed garden suspended over the ramparts with exceptional views. In the main house, on the ground floor, there is a large dining/living room, a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom 1 with two 90x190 cm single beds (which can be pushed together), bedroom 2 with a 140x190 cm double bed, as well as a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a separate toilet.
In the basement room: games room, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), and an indoor bike.

In an outbuilding (through the cottage garden), on the ground floor, you will find a small living room and a bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet). Upstairs, via a miller's staircase, opens onto the mezzanine, a bedroom with two 90x190 cm single beds (which can be pushed together).

Public parking.

The rate includes: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, and an end-of-stay cleaning fee. Towels are available as an option at €5 per person.
