Superb apartment, completely renovated. Ideally located on the seafront of the famous La Baule bay, at the foot of Avenue Lajarrige and its shops, and just a few metres from the beach, it offers a partial sea view from the 3rd floor, accessible by lift, and features a large 28 m² terrace accessible from every room. Minimum 3-night stay. Weekly rentals available in high season. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee (€15 per bed, whether for a single or double bed). Pets are not allowed.
