Exterior: Garden and terrace with outdoor table, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers Garage for storing equipment, tap for rinsing nautical equipment Parking: two spaces in front of the house, inside the property. Additional information: Each bedroom is equipped with an RJ45 socket House meets PMR standards. The owners live on site (neighboring houses), with a shared entrance to the property via a shared gate.
