ArrivĂ©e dans une vieille maison, pas comme sur la photo.... MĂ©nage inexistant, draps trouĂ© et tachĂ©,odeur de moisi persistante... Avons dĂ» tout dĂ©sinfecter pour nous sentir Ă  l'aise.... Endroit trĂšs calme et pratique pour excursions. Nous avons quand mĂȘme passĂ© de bonnes vacances mĂȘme si nous avons envisagĂ© et partir dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e.

Beautiful location sadly lacking tender loving care!

Really beautifully situated house in a private, quiet spot with stunning views from the terrace. Plus wonderful sunsets, quite magical apart from 
 The price was good but unfortunately the house is lacking care and attention. Bathroom stained tiles, clean but stained loos, creaky beds, falling apart garden furniture ! Overall house was quite clean and tidy it just needs a bit of time painting shabby worn paint, scrubbing up bathrooms and replacing worn garden furniture and creaky bed to make it feel welcoming and comfortable. I hope Erwan spends some time and money on it ..it’s well worth investing time on it as such a magical spot.

 Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les promenades Ă  pieds dans le village et le long de la cĂŽte. RĂ©gion magnifique et maison trĂšs fonctionnelle ( bĂ©mol, pas de four et pour 5 adultes, ça aurait dĂ©pannĂ©)) mais la maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e ce qui la rend confortable
 Location au top si vous avez des animaux, et le propriĂ©taire plutĂŽt sympathique les accepte sans difficultĂ©s )) Je recommande !!

Lage super- Ausstattung okay

Die Möbelierung und die Nasszelle sowie die KĂŒche sind funktional aber recht abgenutzt. Es war sauber, die KĂŒche hatte alles aber es war wenig Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden.

Si nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour, La maison Ă©tait vĂ©tuste et un bon rafraĂźchissement intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur est urgent..pour autant, en entrant dans la maison nous avons constatĂ© que c’etait propre. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris qu’aucuns Ă©tat des lieux n’a Ă©tĂ© fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e cela dit, il n’y en a pas eu non plus Ă  la sortie. Nous sommes sĂ©rieux et propre et c’est Ă  souhaiter que les propriĂ©taires trouvĂ©s toujours leur maison en bon Ă©tat... dans une des chambres nous avons Ă©tĂ© infestĂ© de fourmis dĂšs le premier soir. MalgrĂ© nos tentatives pour joindre le propriĂ©taire nous avons du gĂ©rer seul la dĂ©sinfection. Idem pour la connexion wifi.... impossible de joindre le propriĂ©taire. Lors de la sortie des lieux il nous informe que la connexion est TRÈS MAUVAISE . Dans ce cas on n’indique pas wifi dans la prestation (malgrĂ© nos vacances nous avions des obligations professionnelles a gĂ©rer) La location est prĂ©vu pour 8 mais franchement c’est juste niveau vaisselle...nous avons l’habitude de louer des maisons et honnĂȘtement mĂȘme si le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et que ces quelques manquements n’ont pas ruinĂ© notre sĂ©jour, la prestation est trĂšs juste et il est trĂšs facile pour le mĂȘme budget de trouver bien mieux...

Fast alles was man braucht

Das Haus liegt alleine auf einem sehr großen GrundstĂŒck. Von der Terrasse und von allen Fenstern zur Meerseite kann man auch das Meer sehen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es alte GebĂ€ude einer Muschelverarbeitung. Bei Ebbe lĂ€uft der Bereich vor dem Haus komplett leer. Das Haus selbst hat viel zu bieten ist aber nicht in absolut perfektem Zustand . Es gibt keine deutsch- sprachigen Fernsehprogamme. StrĂ€nde, die man als solche bezeichnen kann, sind mit dem Auto in ca, 15 min zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt oder BĂ€cker sind im Ort ca.10 min. Wir waren im Sommer 2019 dort und hatten 14 Tage sehr,sehr schönes Wetter. Die Umgebung bietet viel Abwechslung von der schroffen KĂŒste ĂŒber kleine Buchten bis zu StrĂ€nden mit enormen Ausmaßen und schönen Ortschaften. Der beste Strand zum Muschelsuchen liegt direkt gegenĂŒber des Hauses am Campingplatz, Das ist ein schöner Ausflug mit dem Kajak das zum Haus gehört.

Wunderschön und erholsam ..

Wir waren zu viert mit Hund in dem Ferienhaus und es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur und trotzdem so zentral das man ĂŒberall schnell mit dem Auto hinkommt. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Wanderweg direkt ab dem Haus am Meer entlang, den wir sehr gerne zum spazieren gehen mit dem Hund und zum Joggen genutzt haben. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemĂŒtlich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch mit dem Kajak waren wir einmal unterwegs was viel Spaß gemacht hat. Der Vermieter war sehr nett zu uns und immer sehr gut erreichbar. In Plouharnel kann man sehr gut Essen gehen und der Supermarkt bietet alles was man braucht. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort .

Coup de cƓur pour cette maison bretonne . 4 chambres permettant de vivre Ă  8 La terrasse s ouvre sur la baie qui vit au rythme des marĂ©es . Le GR passe juste devant la maison . La terrasse permet d en profiter pleinement . Les grandes plages sont proches en voiture . Plouharnel et Carnac offrent toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. Le domaine de Kercroc juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© permet de dĂ©guster des huĂźtres succulentes Accueil sympathique des propriĂ©taires. Endroit parfait pour la dĂ©tente et la dĂ©couverte de la Bretagne

Die Gegend ist herrlich, die Lage des Hauses toll, das Haus selbst ist ziemlich heruntergekommen

Am liebsten hĂ€tte ich dem Objekt 5 Sterne gegeben, weil die Gegend so schön und vielfĂ€ltig ist und das Haus wunderbar ruhig hinter einer Austernfischerei am Rande eines hĂŒbschen StĂ€dtchens an einer Meeresbucht liegt, die bei Ebbe vollkommen leer lĂ€uft und sich bei Flut wieder fĂŒllt. Allerdings nicht mit direktem Zugang vom Haus zur Bucht wie die Fotos sugerieren. Die AbzĂŒge mĂŒssen leider sein, weil der Vermieter schlecht erreichbar und extrem unfreundlich war (falsche Telefonnummer, keine RĂŒckmeldungen, Streit wegen angeblicher SchĂ€den am Boot, das dann nicht mehr benutzbar war) und weil das Haus selbst leider ziemlich heruntergekommen ist (Bettenrost knallte durch, Schrankgriff fiel heraus, Wasserabfluss im Becken verstopft, TĂŒren zur Terasse nicht mehr abschließbar, SpĂŒlmaschinenwagen defekt, Grill kam erst auf Anforderung etc. ) Vom Vermieter keine Einweisung. Deshalb auch TV unbenutzbar. Wir haben uns am letzten Tag nach einem unerfreulichen Streit mit dem Vermieter durch einen Verzicht auf die Kaution "freigekauft". Da wir nicht besonders empfindlich auf solche Dinge reagieren, haben wir die Ferien dennoch sehr genossen. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern und Hund wie wir ist vor allem die Lage des Hauses mit dem großen Garten und dem Zugang zu KĂŒstenuferweg und zu einer nahe gelegenen kleinen Bucht exzellent, auch wenn man zu einem richtigen Bade-, Surf- oder Kiteerlebnis ein wenig mit dem Auto an eine der vielen KĂŒstenstrĂ€nde fahren muss. Auch der Ort Plouharnell ist sehr nett und bietet im Super-U, in kleinen GeschĂ€ften undauf dem Freitags-Markt alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Agréable séjour

Séjour au calme. La maison est conforme aux photos du site. Belle vue du jardin. Le point négatif : devoir prendre la voiture pour aller à la boulangerie par exemple. Sinon de belles visites à faire à quiberon. (La CÎte sauvage )Carnac.... et surtout belle ile en mer.

Excellent séjour

SĂ©jour apaisant et reposant

MĂȘme en plein hiver, Ce petit coin de Bretagne est vraiment idĂ©al pour observer les oiseaux, se promener sur le sentier cĂŽtier et dĂ©couvrir Carnac, Quiberon tranquillement, loin de la foule. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans un petit hameau trĂšs calme. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Best holiday rentals that we have stayed in

This is one of the best holiday rentals that we have stayed in. Very well equipped, quite and the view from the deck is spectacular. We stayed for two weeks in September and were very sorry to have to leave. The village which is 10 min walk is very charming and has everything that you would need with the town of Auray only 10 min drive away, the E. Leclerk supermarket has the best fish counter. Live oysters at the bottom of the garden from a very charming lady. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful even the neighbors were very friendly. Can’t wait for our return visit. C&E Irish/German

TrÚs agréable séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante maison. Elle est idéalement située et l'environnement est trÚs calme. Une jolie vue sur la mer permet d'observer les changements de marée, ce qui est trÚs impressionnant quand on n'y est pas habitué. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve cette location, et y retournerons si nous devions à nouveau passer des vacances dans la région.
