We love our neighborhood, quiet, great neighbors. It's a little cove in the middle of the city.

What makes this property unique

We love our basement, studio property that we can rent out. It's a tiny space, but great for an overnight stay or longer. The best part of it, is it's just what you need, not much more, nothing fancy. It's not perfect, but we try to keep it well-kept and clean for a great stay. We do live in the house above, so there are times you will here us walking around, or our cats running around, we do outside work often too. Another great factor is that there is only 1 step from the main floor up to the bathroom. You can drive all the way up to the front door.
