Awesome Gulf Front Beach house with walkover. Never been on the rental market until now. You won't find another one like this on Navarre Beach. Pristine gulf front sugar white sands await you. Wow!! You have just found the most pristine Beach house on Navarre Beach with its on walkover that leads you to your own beach retreat. 20 inch tiled floor in an open floor plan, main floor bedrooms, bath and grand room. Granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinetry and stainless appliances in the open kitchen. An additional bedroom and Master suite command the top floor with a sun deck. The covered rear deck is made for entertaining with an outdoor bar.

The master bedroom has plenty of space to roam, king size bed, huge flat screen tv, and sitting area with fold out couch. This is truly a room to relax and enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins from your own balcony. The master bath has double vanities, tile shower and soaking tub. No bumping elbows in this spacious design.

Heading down the hall , a second bedroom is located on the same floor as the master bedroom. It offers a queen bed, spacious room, and has its own full bath with walk in shower.

The main floor offers 2 bedrooms with full baths. The bedroom on the South side has slider doors that access the huge back deck with bar. Also, the family room, living room , and dining room are open concept with plenty of room for the entire family to gather and enjoy a vacation together. Water views from just about any location in the house will keep you reminded why you chose this property. Plenty of seating, wet bar, and very roomy kitchen is just another reason why this property is the best fit for a vacation destination.

Excellent choice for our family

We took my wife's parents to Navarre to see their new great-grandchild and this was an excellent choice for traveling with older adults with mobility issues. Obviously the elevator was very handy but the layout of the house and comfort of the furniture, especially the patio furniture overlooking the beach made it for a very comfortable stay. The house was very well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed for daily eating and cooking. The water stopped working one day and we called the property management company and they very quickly determined that there had been a broken pipe down the street and they kept us updated as the repairs were made which fortunately did not take very long.

Great house for family vacation

House was fully equipped with beach necessities including chairs, umbrellas, towels, tubes and boogie boards. House was very suitable for family of 11. Lots of space and had extra pop up beds in every room. Will definitely book there again and pack less next time.

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful house on the best beach of the many we’ve been to on the gulf coast. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.
