Disney Getaway w/Private Pool, Gameroom, located at Emerald Island Resort.

D&D'S Magical Villa: Relax with the whole family at your home away from home. Located at the beautiful and exclusive Emerald Island Resort. You will only be 3 miles Walt Disney World and 1 mile from world famous restaurants, retail shopping, grocery stores, and the famous Margaritaville.

D&D'S Magical Villa: Sleeps 12 plus an infant. Starting at $195 + a night (minimum of a 4 night stay). Pool Heat available for an additional charge. Please request in advance. There is a gas BBQ grill for a charge of $65 for the whole stay. This request must be made in advance. Pet fee: $250 per stay for up to two dogs (must be approved in advance).

The community resort has a beautiful clubhouse, Tiki Bar, sauna, Pool, Spa, Fitness Room, Volleyball, Tennis Courts, Kiddies Play area, mini golf and Nature Trail. Manned Gate & guarded 24/7. *Note there is a $20 non refundable fee per car for access. This fee covers the whole stay. This resort fee is pre-charged and must be paid directly to the resort. Instructions will follow once your stay is confirmed.

The Villa features a Full size Pool Table, Darts, foosball table, cable TV in all rooms, internet access. Complementary High Chair, Cribs, Strollers, TV .& Fans in all rooms. Security Cameras outside of the home for the security of the guests.

In addition parties are not allowed nor any overnight guest that have not been pre-approved prior to your arrival.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without the hosts permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for the extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, the Resorts patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

TRASH/PICKUP Emerald Island Resort provides valet trash service 7 days a week. All trash is removed from the outside bin of our home every single day of the year except Christmas Day. You do NOT need to move the bins to the street.
• ALL trash must be bagged. That includes pizza boxes, water bottles and fast-food containers.
If ANY trash does not fit in a bag, you must take it to the compactor near the front of the resort.
• Recyclable items and trash go in the same bag.
• Bags must be AT LEAST 13 gallons or more. Garbage bags are provided.
• Do not place liquids, broken glass, or sharp objects in the bags.
• ALL unbagged/loose trash left inside or outside the bin will NOT be removed by the resort.
Our management company will be called to remove it at $25 - $50 charge.

This property was wonderful! Very clean and alot of amenities to get you started for your stay! There were 10 of us, four adults and six children and there is plenty of room. Game room was great for the kids. The host was wonderful to work with and always got right back to us if we had any questions.

Memorable weekend

My family all got together early for Christmas. There were 7 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. Everything you would want to do, was close by. Having the pool attached, was the best. Very fast response from owner. Highly recommend staying at this home during your stay in Florida.

A Month in FL

Our group rotated beginning with 2 then to 4 then to 7 the highest total at one time was 9.....3 of us stayed the entire month, others came and went. The house, pool and community were fantastic! While we brought no children this house would be perfect for families! It was an outstanding experience! Our ages ranged from 26 to 87! Thank you!

Great house, plenty of room!

The house was just as the photos showed. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to have space, but yet gather together in the pool or game room or watch a little TV and very clean. Pool was clean and heat was perfect. Nice surprise to see there was a grill, so we didn’t have to eat out as much. The owner responded to all my e-mails and questions very promptly. Had a small problem with the cable that we actually caused ourselves while we were there. The property manager stopped by to see if he could help on a Sunday! Trex, the property manager, was super friendly and helpful. The owner made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible! Great experience!
