The Palm Tree Castle is a luxury 7 BR/6 bath single family house located in prestigious Emerald Island Resort with staffed clubhouse, heated pool, sauna, excise, game rooms. The resort is about 3 miles to Disney and located in the center of Rt 192 district with easy access to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, golf courses, etc.
The spacious house can accommodate 18 people comfortably, including first floor King Master Suite, additional two King Master Suites, and two Queen Suites with Jack and Jill baths connected to girl room (twin) and boy room (bunker), respectively. Additional queen size sofa sleepers in living and family rooms as well as two folding beds can be used as needed.

The resort is 24 hour guarded gate, equipped with a fully staffed clubhouse with WI-FI, heated pool, sauna room, game room, excise room, business center and other vocational facilities. The resort is about 3 miles to Disney and close to all of the attractions in Orlando. It is located in the center of Route 192 district where you and your family can enjoy a large selection of restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, mini golf and games, golf courses, and other attractions.

This elegant and spacious 7 bedroom / 6 bath home is nestled in palm-fronded landscape at the Emerald Island resort, which has everything that you and your family could need to make this vacation the best ever - and one that you'll share happy memories about for years to come.

The villa is sit around a large open space with open back yard view. The pool area is built with covered lanai with plenty of pool furniture, gas grill and outdoor shower so that you and your group can enjoy the pleasant pool side party.

The family room has a ceiling fan and a big flat screen TV, and each room is equipped with ceiling fan, TV. The high-speed internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire villa.

The game room is equipped with air conditioning so that your group can enjoy the game time any time you want. There are cable TV, full size slate pool table, and air hockey in the game room.

The villa is with fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. Extra linen, blankets, and towels are stored in the walk-in closets for your use.

Rental Policy

1. $ 300 deposit is required at the reservation.
2. Check in/Checkout: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out at 10am.
3. No pets, no smoking. Renter must be 21 years of age or older. The balance of booking cost is due at no later than 60 days before your arrival date. If booking within sixty days of arrival, a full payment is needed after reservation confirmation with rental agreement.
4. Deposit will be held against loss, property damage or other costs incurred, and it will be refunded approximately one week after your departure following a satisfactory report from the property manager.
5. The renter is responsible for the property and expected to take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the renter. Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to the misuse of the renter will be charged to the renter.

Family weekend getaway

My family and I had a phenomenal weekend. The pool wasn’t clean when we first arrived but someone came and cleaned it within the hour of our arrival. We would definitely recommend property and stay there again when visiting the city.

This house was very comfortable for my family to spend the week. The house description was very accurate and rooms were of good size. The owner was available when needed and even called the day of check-in to make sure everything was okay. Disney attractions were close from the house and easy to get to. Should we decide to vacation again in Orlando we would look into staying at this house again.

Great Place To Stay!!

We had a total of 15 people in our party and this was by far the best way to go for vacation stays! The house was absolutely perfect and the neighborhood was great! The house was very clean and laid out great! There was plenty of room for everyone. All of the rooms were cozy, the kitchen was great, the game room was cool and we loved the pool! We would highly recommend this house to anyone going to the Orlando area! We will be renting here again next year for our Spring Break trip for sure...and maybe even sooner!

Two fantastic weeks

Although this is an older property it is well maintained and very clean. Everything was as advertised. The pool, hot tub, kitchen appliances all were top notch. The beds were comfortable. We did buy additional beach towels but other than that the house is adequately supplied. The location could not be better. The owner is very responsive.

Family vacation

This house was very suitable for our family vacation. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each family to have their own area, but great areas indoors and out to be together as a group. We appreciated the many things that were supplied, especially the washer and dryer. The pool was a big hit with everyone! It was close to all the parks and very easy to access grocery stores. The only issue we had was some noisy neighbours, which is difficult to control!

Very Spacious and Clean House - Fun to Stay

My family arrived this lovely home for a short vacation. Everything is pretty much exactly as shown in the webpage. The house is spacious with large 7 bedrooms plus living room, family room, kitchen and breakfast area. It is more than enough for my family. We love the lanai and pool in the back with the open view. The kids and the family members enjoyed the outside setting very much. The house is extremely clean, and most importantly the owner was very responsive and helpful. From the time we booked this home, it was a wonderful experience. The owner was so very gracious and communicated with us throughout the stay. She was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. The home was lovely and accommodated my family in every way. So comfortable and large enough for us to enjoy our family Christmas as if we were at our own homes. Close enough to all the parks and the resort was beautiful. We all enjoyed our stay so much and this home was perfect in every way. Thank you to the owner for making sure that all our needs were met. We are absolutely sure we made the right choice . Nice roomy house

The house was lovely. This was the first house I stayed in that requested that I wash the towels, so I thought that was odd because I didn't bring detergent, and the house didn't provide any. I wish I had known beforehand that I had to pay $20 for a gate access card. The property owner was very fast at responding to any inquiries. Five stars! I would suggest updating the pool sticks because they have no tips :)

Great location

With plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, this house was a good option for our multi-family vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home or there are plenty of restaurants within a short drive. The location near Disney World’s parks is convenient for outings. Although the layout and basics of the home are good, the furniture and decor is dated and the bedding needs replaced. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub so much. We were glad to have the barbecue and spent a lot of time poolside out on the patio. However, the patio furniture is also in need of an update. As our host, Ning was very responsive. The extra items such as the baby booster chair and good stock of towels were appreciated. Overall, we had a good stay and a few updates could make this place awesome.

Great disney location

This house is about 20 minutes away from Disney's Key West Resort. The pros for this house for a large family group are: lots of space, bedrooms and bathroom are big and spacious in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable which is important! The outdoor pool area is nice because it has two tables with seating in addition to some lounge chairs, the pool table room inside is fun. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, some cookware, utensils. The cons: there are not enough towels and the ones that are there are pretty bare. There weren't any extra sheets or pillows in the house. We had one person that wanted to sleep on one of the pullout cots and we looked in every closet with no success. There were no pool towels. Parking was an issue and this is not on the listing - the day before our stay I received an email from the neighborhood stating a $20 per vehicle charge to park. Also, the maximum at any time is 6 cars. This was an big deal for our group because we had family staying at a Disney resort and they came over for dinner and the parking attendant would not allow them through the gate despite me adding them to the guest list. Overall though, despite the above - we enjoyed the listing and the house was CLEAN which is most important to us!

Perfect group housing

Our volleyball team stayed at this vacation home with enough room and amenities to fit our needs. Lots of beds and bathrooms for a group of 12 people. We could prepare our daily meals in a comfortable setting. The pool was a bonus for the kids

Awesome host

Ning was amazing to communicate with! She helped me navigate the entire process. The instructions were very clear about what was expected and what to do and not do around the house. It was clean and she allowed me to have my dinner for my birthday which was so lovely! My friends loved it! It was the best bday I had since I was 12! I had all my closest people with me and she let this happen! (Within guidelines and every detail pre approved) the resort was a little pain to get in they just seem dated but she warned about that and it was a fantastic stay! I will book again with her!!
