Well appointed, wonderful location

Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!

Ideale Wohnung für Workation. Wir hatten eine Woche Urlaub und 2 Wochen Workation. Die Wohnung hatte alles, um dort gut zu leben und zu arbeiten. Das Internet war sehr stabil. Abends sind wir meistens am Strand lang in den schönen Ort Fazana gelaufen, um dort am Hafen zu essen. Die Sonnenuntergänge, die man vom Wohnzimmer oder Terrasse bewundern kann, sind einfach fantastisch.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr empfehlen können. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und entspricht den Bildern. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der tägliche Blick aufs Meer und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Highlight Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Min, man kann aber auch mit dem Auto fahren. Es gibt mehrere Parkplätze. Regina, die uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, war sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Als die Klimaanlage anfangs nicht funktionierte, hat sie uns gleich 2 Handwerker geschickt.Leider hat sie danach trotzdem nicht optimal funktioniert. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Der Ausblick mit den Sonnenuntergängen ist ein Traum.Die Lage für Ausflüge ist ideal (mit Auto).Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar (10min).Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.Die ganze Kommunikation (auch vor Ort) lief ohne Probleme.Leider waren viele Dinge in der Wohnung defekt und Reingung ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick und guter Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in Istrien (Fahrrad und/oder Auto sollte vorhanden sein). Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen durchaus dem Zustand der Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Schöne Fernsicht, viel Platz und gute Ausstattung

Wir hatten das Objekt für 4 Wochen und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und haben uns über den vielen Platz gefreut..... Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist sicherlich das Highlight. Der regelmäßige nahe Strassenverkehr hat uns nur gelegentlich gestört (sind wir gewohnt). Ein kleines Murren gibt es für die Sauberkeit. Hier mußten wir in Teilbereichen nacharbeiten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Wir waren 2 Wochen in Peroj und hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit in der Fewo. Sie hat eine schöne Lage mit tollem Blick auf's Meer und spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Vor dem Haus verläuft eine Straße, die aber nicht störend oder sehr laut war. Zum Strand ist es ein Fußweg von ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Man kann aber auch problemlos mit dem Auto hinfahren. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, was bei der Hitze super war. Die Terasse kann mit einer Markise beschattet werden und ist mit 2 Liegen und einer Sitzecke ausgestattet. Uns hätte auf der Dachterrasse eine Sitzgruppe mit größerem Tisch gefallen, an dem man auch hätte essen können. An- und Abreise haben unkompliziert geklappt und der Kontakt zu Gina, die sich um die Wohnung kümmert, war nett.

Appartement mit Meerblick

Schönes, modernes Appartement mit großzügiger Ausstattung. Große Terrasse mit Markise, einziges Manko, direkt über einer Straße, war im April aber nicht störend. Gut funktionierendes wlan. Das Meer ist in 10 min zu Fuß über kaum befahrenen Schotterweg zu erreichen und man kann in 45 min auf der Promenade bis nach fazana laufen.

Toller Herbsturlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man hat vom Balkon einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ende Oktober war es relativ ruhig, so dass wir auch die öfter angesprochene Straße nicht als störend empfunden haben. Die Organisation und Schlüsselübergabe haben hervorragend funktioniert. Wir können die Wohnung daher weiter empfehlen.

Toller Blick auf das Meer

Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben super geklappt. Alles ist in Deutsch möglich. Die Wohnung liegt an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern ( eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage ist in alles Räumen vorhanden) ist es nicht so laut. Man kann gute Ausflüge ins Umland machen. Einkaufen kann man im Nachbarort. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

FeWo für 4 Personen platzmässig und Ausstattung sehr gut Pflege von Wohnung, insbesondere Bad, und Treppenhaus leider vernachlässigt Da die FeWo an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt, ist der Geräuschpegel am Tage, aber besonders in der Nacht, sehr hoch. Der Weg zum Strand sollte aufgrund der Entfernung besser mit einem Fahrzeug erfolgen. Unseren Urlaub haben wir trotz dessen sehr genossen!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einer großen Dachterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer.Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Straße,aber man fühlt sich nicht durch den Verkehrslärm belästigt.Man ist schnell am Strand jedoch mit kleineren Kindern empfiehlt es sich mit dem Auto zu fahren,da ja man diverse Badesachen zum tragen hat.Von Peroj kann man schöne Ausflüge machen,man ist schnell in Pula,Fazana oder auch in Rovinj. Eine großes Dankeschön möchten wir an die Verwalterin Gina und ihren Mann Ali aussprechen.Sie waren jederzeit zu erreichen,die Anreise klappte einwandfrei und das Problem mit der Waschmaschine würde sofort behoben.Danke nochmal!Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen:)
