About this property

Nice holiday house with pool and sea view

From the 50 sqm roof terrace of Casa Azul, where there is a lounge area for two as well as a charcoal grill with dining area, you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. In this holiday home, which is located in Porches, two kilometres from Armacao de Pera in a very quiet complex, you can enjoy the sun on three levels. Two sunbeds and a dining table await you in the garden.

Casa Azul is furnished in a modern style. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a new kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. From the living room you walk at ground level into the garden. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with balcony and sea view, another bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom. Bedroom and living room in the house are air-conditioned.

Like all our apartments, it has SAT/TV (all German-language channels and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in the original English language) and Internet.

From the garden it is only a few metres to the large pool with separate children's pool and a large sunbathing lawn. There is also a children's playground in the complex. Two bicycles belong to the house, with which you can easily go shopping or to Armação de Pera.
The Algarve cycle path also runs in the immediate vicinity of the house. The beautiful beaches of Praia Senhora da Rocha and Nova Beach are about 800m away, and the beach Cova Redonda, which was awarded one of the top beaches in Europe in 2014, is also in the village. There are several restaurants and bars in the vicinity, as well as a large supermarket.


The terraced house has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and is suitable for max. 4 persons.

The pool will be closed for renovation work from November 25 to April 26.

Moldy and wet smell in main bedroom

This was our first trip to this area. The unit was cute and in a complex of similar units making it hard to find at first. We were the first to be in this unit this year we are guessing as it smelled pretty musty from wet. We opened windows during the day and ran the air during the night to try and dry it up but could not stay in the main bedroom. The closets were the cause of the smell and the mold have us both headaches. We moved to the other bedroom and kept that room closed..We contacted the property manager and we're told there's nothing they could do I would therefore not recommend this unit.

We take every criticism very seriously, but the house has been rented for many years and every guest has found the house very easily. We have also sent you a GPS link. We had explained to you that the problem with the odour had occurred for the first time. The problem is caused by the intense rain, which we are not used to here in the Algarve. There is also no more bad odour. We also offered you to move, but you told our employee that it is not a problem for you because you sleep in the other bedroom. Therefore, we do not think your review is fair.

Schönes Ferienhaus - wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt einwandfrei. Sehr ruhige Gegend (zumindest bei unserem Aufenthalt Anfang Januar). Zu empfehlen.

Alles haargenau wie wir uns vorgestellt haben. Hervorheben muss man aber die Zuvorkommenheit von Herrn und Frau Müller, sonst ganz selten anzutreffen: scharfe Messer in der Küche und unzerkratzte Pfannen, 2 fahrtüchtig Fahrräder und die schönen Strände im Oktober dazu schöne leer, Delfine im Meer in der Abenddämmerung und einiges mehr . Sehr empfehlenswert !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Die Lage war top. Innerhalb 15 min mit dem Auto war man bereits bei der Benagil Höhle. Nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt gelangt man zu einem der unzähligen schönen Stränden. Im Haus war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war schlicht und sehr schön. Dieses Ferienhaus würden wir aufjedenfall nochmal buchen.

Traumurlaub

Wir (37 und 40 Jahre) haben im Juli unseren 2-wöchigen Familienurlaub mit zwei Kindern (2 und 6 Jahre) hier außerordentlich genossen. Ausstattung, Lage etc des Hauses waren wie beschrieben. Kurze Wege zu den schönsten Stränden, Besichtigungen, Märkten usw. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die überaus herzliche Betreuung vor Ort. Familie Müller, die das Haus verwaltet, kümmerte sich im Vorfeld um einen Mietwagen, sodass der Urlaub sofort nach der Landung beginnen konnte. Wir haben noch nie zuvor so unkompliziert, schnell und sicher ein Auto mieten können. Herr Müller beantwortete alle Fragen umgehend und hilfreich. Wir werden definitiv wieder hier Urlaub machen. Es gibt keine Steigerung und nichts zu bemängeln. Alles war perfekt und wir alle sehr glücklich.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar modern, sehr sauber und gut gelegen inmitten der fantastischen Algarve. Der dazugehörige Pool war überraschend groß und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen.

Sehr schöners Haus mit guter Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt sehr gut. Zum Meer sind es ca 14 Flip Flop Min. Supermarkt keine 5 min mit dem Auto. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, deutsches Fernsehn, Die Betten sind ordentlich und die Dachterrasse ist mit ihrer Grillecke wahnsinnig schön, vor allem zum Abend hin bei gutem Wetter mit einem Glas zum Sonnenuntergang, wenn es was zum meckern gäbe dann vielleicht das der Tisch wackelt auf der Terrasse :-) Alles in allem Tip top.

Die Algave ist immer ein schönes Urlaubsziel

Das Haus befindert sich in einer Fereinanlage und läd zur Erholung ein. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und jeglich Hilfe und Unterstützung wurde uns angeboten (vielen Dank dafür an Herrn Müller ). Das Haus selber entspricht genau der Beschreibung, wir fanden es blitzblank vor. Leider gab es keinerlei Hygiene-und Reinigungsmittel (Spülmittel, Handseife, Toilettenpapier etc. muss man dabeihaben oder einkaufen). Wir kennen es aus anderen Ferienhäusern, dass solche Dinge zur Verfügung stehen. Die Lage ist optimal, es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht, Supermarkt, Restaurants, auch der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein großes Plus ist der Pool in der Anlage. Auch für Urlauber, die mit dem Auto unterwegs sein wollen, ist Porches ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaus an der Algarve

Ein wunderschönes Haus , mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet , in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer ist ein Traum! Der Sternenhimmel am Abend unbeschreiblich! Wir haben hier jeden Abend verbracht. Die Kinder waren jeden Tag im Pool und hatten Ihren Spaß! Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter Herrn Müller war sehr nett, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar! Wir werden nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder kommen!!!

Perfekt huis

Een perfekt huis in een rustige buurt en redelijk dicht bij de kust, strand is op loopafstand. Genoeg parkeerruimte, klein privé grasveld als tuin en een zonnig dakterras met 180 graden uitzicht en de zee in de verte. Weinig blaffende honden, groot probleem in Portugal. Sattv is gericht op Astra dus veel duits, wat engels nieuws en BVN. Internet verbinding meestal prima voor streaming video, dus de Ziggo app levert alle kabelkanalen als thuis. In de keuken is alles aanwezig, grote koelkast, vaatwasmachine ( blokjes zelf meenemen) en wasmachine ( zelf waspoeder meenemen). Boven het strand begint er een pad langs de kust met prachtige rotsenen uitzichten. Mooiste kustwandelingen zijn tussen Porches en Carvoeiro, Praia da Rocha en van Lagos naar de vuurtoren. Goede supermarkt dichtbij.

welch' tolles Haus!

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Haus, es fehlte an nichts, die Betreuung vor Ort erstklassik und sehr engagiert - nur das Wetter hätte im April 2018 etwas wärmer sein können. Das hat uns nicht gehindert, diese wunderschöne Landschaft mit ihren sehr gastfreundlichen Landsleuten zu entdecken und zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ... im Monat Mai ... Merci pour votre convivialité.
