You will enjoy access to the sandy beach, which has volleyball, firepits and a play area, marine, the community center which houses 2 swimming pools (1 is shallow for the little ones), 2 hot tubs and gym.

This immaculate 4 bedroom spacious home is 2 floors of luxury.

The main floor has a kitchen fit for the chef in your life, dining area, Living room, King Master suite, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, Large glassed in sun room + outdoor patio area with fire table, BBQ and Large dining table.

Upstairs boasts 2 more bedrooms (Another king suite with private balcony plus 4th bedroom with queen bed), 2 more bathrooms and a 2nd full family room with large leather L shaped couch, Sofa bed and 2 extra floor mattresses for extra kids if needed.

Comes with 2 kayaks, life vests and tube floaties

Excellent WIFI . Parking for 3 vehicles. 2 paddle boards, several tube type floaties included for your use. Boat slip available to rent upon request. The beautiful grounds have walking paths, beach volleyball and a small playground for the kids. Located right on the Black Sage Bench which is prime wine tasting country.

Absolutely amazing vacation destination. Welcome to the Cottages on Osoyoos Lake. This gated community of new homes has its own gorgeous beach, Marina, and clubhouse with 2 pools, gym and 2 hot tubs. Enjoy swimming, boating or kayaking. Play beach volleyball or go visit the nearby wineries and take in a tasting. 1,800ft of waterfront with over 500ft of sandy beach, wide night lit walking trails that meander along the meadow to the beach & fire pits. Close to Mount Baldy, if you're a skier & Area 27 Motorsports Park has super fun go carts for the whole family.

4 Sisters & 2 Saints

The 6 of us had a lovely time in the Immaculate Merlot Cottage. There was plenty of space so we could spread out and have fun chats, card games, and quiet reading nooks. We loved the patio and sunroom. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat.

Labor Day Family Vacation

I have to start by saying this is our first time renting through VRBO. Because of our lack of experience., our expectations may not have been realistic. For whatever reason we did not receive the email sent to us with check in instructions so it was a bit stressful the day of check in as we didn’t know door and gate codes and coming from the US to Canada we didn’t have WIfi. We also didn’t realize the check in and out times VRBO provided we’re incorrect. That all ended up fine but I would advise visitors to note this so you aren’t waiting to get into your rental. The only other items I think could be helpful to renters would be to bring soap or body wash, shampoo, conditioner for all showers as these items aren’t provided. Additionally, while this house was absolutely terrific for our family (6 adults and 3 children,) it has an oven we aren’t familiar with and could not get to heat properly. Operating instructions would have been helpful. These items aside, the property and maintenance staff were extremely kind and helpful which was very appreciated.The house and location to the lake and property pool and surrounding wineries, shops, and stores was terrific. We enjoyed every minute!
