Enjoy our gorgeous, newly remodeled villa as of Summer 2025! Fresh laminate flooring, carpet, new furniture and appliances!

3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath villa in the heart of La Quinta! Legacy Villas is an escape from reality in a gated community with beautiful grounds, resort- style pools, a clubhouse, gym and cafe.

Our home features 3 bedrooms all with king-size beds, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 3 outdoor seating areas with BBQ on the South Facing Main Patio, 65" TV in the Living Room, 3 fireplaces, full size pulll out sofa bed, laminate flooring, new carpet and new appliances.

Free parking and walking distance to 12 pools in the community with the main pool being less than a 1 minute walk. Our villa is on the first floor, end unit with no unit above (rare).

Our property is minutes to world famous golf, tennis, spas, shopping and restaurants! We are minutes from Coachella festival grounds, Indian Wells Tennis Center, PGA Golf Courses and charming Old Town La Quinta.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Legacy Villas. Love walking to town and next door to La Quinta Resort for dinners and coffee. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa. The beds were very comfortable. It was a nice place for our family to stay.

Great layout, comfortable, nice location. A little tricky finding the front entrance and wish the legacy grill was open 7 days/week. Would certainly rent again.

What a beautiful complex! It gave us a resort feel but was so nice to have our own kitchen/laundry for the length of time we stayed for. Lindsey was excellent at communicating and answering all of our questions.

We liked the spacious VRBO. Nice property with lots of pools and walking area. We found TVs hard to operate. Glad to have laundry in unit. Felt secure with gate guard. Close by to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and stores.

Great Family Spot

We've stayed at the Legacy Villas many times. This unit is nice in that it is ground floor with nobody above or below you. We also liked that all the bedrooms had king beds. The kitchen had things like coffee, dish soap, and paper towels to last our stay, which was nice. The showers also had shampoo/conditioner/body wash, which was a great. If you are traveling with kids, the unit is also quite close to the family pool area. And if you're not with kids, it's a stone's throw from another pool. We had some issues getting into the unit because of a low battery on the door lock. Lindsey was quick to respond and had it taken care of in a timely manner. All in all, we'd rent this unit again if we're back in La Quinta. It's really just a great spot if you have younger kids and need an easy home base to lounge at.

Perfect weekend getaway

This place was the perfect size for the 5 of us with plenty of baths which is always nice to have. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The pools are all very nice and it wasn't crowded at all. We cooked a couple meals there and the place is sufficiently packed with pretty much anything you need. Of course the perfect weather was a nice addition :-)
