About this property

Cosy house in Crozon peninsula near sea and village of Lanvéoc

Renovated house of 100 M2 with a garden of 1 500 M2, less than 500 m from the village of Lanvéoc and its local shops (butcher, baker, grocery store, bars, pharmacy a little further away), its town hall and 1 km walk from the pretty little beach of La Cale and its nautical center.
On the ground floor, beautiful bright living room with entrance, fully equipped kitchen (3 burner hob running on butane, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, large single sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster ...), dining area and living room with TV, bedroom with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with double sink and shower, laundry room with washing machine, WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). Possibility of adding a single bed if necessary.

Bed linen and kitchen linen are provided, bathroom linen is not.

Crozon town center is 7 km away, Morgat is 10 km away ; many beaches of the peninsula including Aber are quickly accessible by car (5 to 10 km) ; hiking trails and paths nearby; supermarket 3 km away .
Pets accepted (1).
Lovers of the peninsula and anyone interested in exploring it are welcome, whether it's for a stroll (+++), enjoying the seaside (+++ too), water sports, or simply relaxing and breathing in the fresh sea air (it feels incredibly good).

La maison est très chaleureuse. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. De l'extérieur on ne s'attend pas à toute cette surface à l'intérieur. Notre chienne a beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin (pas totalement clôturé. Nous pourrions y revenir sans problème.

Schönes Haus, alles sauber, schöne Details, Habe aber leider sehr gefroren, Temperatur der Heizung war auf nur 19 Grad programmiert, schaffte aber meist nur um die 18 Grad. Für mich keine Wohlfühl-Temperatur im Urlaub.
