The West End retreat in Bansin - framed by forest, promenade and beach - guarantor for the perfect holiday Baltic Sea. The popular house is at the western end of seaside resort Bansin in 2. Series of beautiful mountain road and at Buchenwald located. The comfortable facilities with elevator, underground parking and parking on site (incl.) Leave nothing to be desired. 23 beautiful apartment (1998 completed) with a cozy, individual décor are looking forward to your visit. The Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and at the same time an ideal starting point to explore the imperial baths and the forest and lake-rich hinterland. A beach access is right in front of the house.

VM 13:
Here you will find a lovingly furnished two-room apartment with a charming view of the sea, the beach and the pier. The 13 square meter balcony offers plenty of space to relax. In addition to laminate flooring, leather sofa, kitchenette and counter, the modern equipment of this apartment also includes an originally designed bathroom. Already included in the price is the use of the pool in the partner hotel Admiral. From 01. Dec. to presumably 29. The swimming pool at Hotel Admiral is closed due to routine maintenance. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fee in the golf clubs and until 31st August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees for each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard). Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home. The apartment has a ground floor parking space in the garage.

Villa Margot App. 13

Der Urlaubsort war schon bekannt. Die Wohnung wurde zum ersten mal gebucht. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist alles nutzbar, an den Möbeln, den Wänden und Böden und einigen Einrichtungsständen hat die Zeit aber ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Die Aussicht vom großen Balkon (Meerblick) ist sehr schön. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage befindet sich in einer Ecke der Tiefgarage direkt am Aufzug und war mit einem Kombi nutzbar. Wir würden die Wohnung für zwei Personen und Hund noch einmal nehmen.

wer keine wohnung kennt für die wäre sie was.....

niedliche kleine wohnung für paare, seeblick inklusive, direkt am strand und promenade, sauber, gemüdlich und ruhig..... parkplatz vor der tür. die tiefgarage ist eher für kleinere pkw. hunde sind willkommen. fahrstuhl vorhanden.... top.....

Super Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Alles vorhanden! Besonders positiv fiel auf, dass Spültücher und -bürste , sowie die Toilettenbürste neu waren. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wären dunkele Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer und evtl. kein Glastisch als Esstisch zu empfehlen.
