The sunny, quiet holiday home is equipped to a high standard and has a sauna and a fireplace. It is the ideal vacation spot for 2 people. It was rated 5 stars by the German Tourism Association. Due to the pull-out sofa bed in the living room, there is also space for up to 4 people.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a beautiful sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a fireplace, a large LCD TV and a home cinema system with a blue ray player, radio and WiFi for internet access. The kitchen includes: ceramic hob, oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, blender.
The dining area adjoining the kitchen invites you to enjoy a delicious meal.
In addition, there is a toilet with sink on the ground floor.
The bedroom with a double bed is upstairs. The bedroom offers space to put the existing travel cot on. The bathroom with shower, sink, bathtub, toilet, bidet and sauna is also on the upper floor.
Thanks to the tile covering in all rooms, the house is easy to keep hygienically clean. All rooms are equipped with comfortable underfloor heating.
The south-west facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and grill and 1 car parking lot, as well as a storage room in which bicycles can be stored, complete the offer.
Simply relax, go for a walk, hike, bike, golf, ... away from the hustle and bustle.

For swimming in the Wolgastsee it is only a few minutes' walk. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The surrounding cycling and hiking trails invite you to wonderful excursions.
The Kaiserbad Ahlbeck is about 3 km away and can also be reached by bike via bike paths. The Baltic Hills golf course, about 1 km away, invites you to golf in a beautiful location.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Man kann direkt vom Haus Wanderungen und Radtouren starten. Die Sauna hat uns im kalten Januar sehr geholfen.

Es waren sehr viele Mücken in dem Bereich der Unterkunft unterwegs.Das liegt an den Seen die um die Ortschaft liegt.Sie haben uns sehr zu schaffen gemacht. Das Haus war sehr gut geschützt dagegen.Mit dem Fahrrad ist es kein Problem die Ortschaften Ahlbeck/ Heringsdorf/ Basin zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man sie auch erreichen, aber die Parkkosten sind zu hoch für wenig Zeit.

Im Winter immer wieder gerne

Alles war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und durch Kamin und Sauna perfekt für eine kalte Winterzeit weil man die Ferienwohnsiedlung fast für sich Lleine hat.Die Begrüßung erfolgte nicht durch die normalerweise anwesende Dame. Der Mann, der uns die Schlüssel gab, kam noch mit ins Haus und erklärte uns Kamin und Sauna. D Danke für diesen tollen Service.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der von Ahlbeck

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung in der Nähe von Ahlbeck und dem Wolgastsee. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Im Herbst ist der Kamin und die Sauna sehr angenehm. Man kann vom Ferienhaus direkt kleine Wanderungen starten, ist aber auch schnell in den Ostseebädern. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Ostern auf Insel Usedom

Wir haben uns kurzfristig für das Haus entschieden und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr ruhig und lädt für entspannte Spaziergänge ein. Alles im ganzen Perfekt und wir kommen gern wieder.

Lage des Anwesen

Bei der Buchung der Ferienwohnung ist man vom Foto her von einem relativ großem Grundstück ausgegangen, jedoch nicht von der einzigen Möglichkeit, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, nur von einer Sichtwand vom Nachbarn getrennt, von denen man fast jedes Wort verstehen konnte. Zudem fühlte man sich von nur ein paar Meter von der Straße entfernt ohne Sichtschutz wie auf dem Präsentierteller.

Bei Ankunft große Enttäuschung

Nach 800 km und 9 Stunden Fahrt kamen wir endlich am Ferienhaus an. Es waren im ganzen Haus überall Spinnweben. Es sah aus, als wäre schon wochenlang nicht mehr Staub gewischt worden.Die Küchenschränke waren überall dreckig. Die Toiletten stanken nach Urin. Am liebsten wären wir wieder nach Hause gefahren. Wir haben uns dann Putzmittel geholt und komplett sauber gemacht. Den Vermieter haben wir informiert, aber leider hat er nicht darauf reagiert. Das fanden wir sehr schade. Auch der Garten und die Terasse waren sehr vernachlässigt. Kein schöner Anblick. Wenn man auf Sauberkeit achtet, können wir das Ferienhaus nicht weiter empfehlen.

Erholung am Waldesrand

Wir haben die Urlaubstage im März im Haus am Waldesrand sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig, ( auch das Muhen der Kühe auf der Weide ist beruhigend), der Blick über Felder und Wiesen für uns Großstädter sehr angenehm. Die direkte Lage zur polnischen Grenze/ Svenemünde lädt zum entspannten Besuch der Stadt per Fahrrad ein ( von Korswandt in Richtung Gothensee nach 8 km über einen befestigten Weg möglich). Die Insel Usedom ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert! Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An der Ausstattung der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Die Sauna, die in ein sehr großzügiges Badezimmer integriert ist, lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen, für ein Paar optimal. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Zwei Hinweise/Empfehlungen: für die Entsorgung der Asche aus dem Kaminofen wäre vielleicht ein hitzebeständiger Eimer auf der Terrasse hilfreich. Die Asche kann ja nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden( Brandgefahr), so sind wir mit dem Aschekasten zum Müllplatz gelaufen. Für die Mülltrennung (gelbe Tonne) wäre im Haus eine Möglichkeit sinnvoll ( z.B. extra Eimer). Wir hatten uns für den "gelben Müll" eine Tüte in dem kleinen Raum unter der Treppe eingerichtet.

Ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub

Ein für zwei Personen sehr geräumiges Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren über die Insel bestens geeignet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, so dass man sich gut erholen kann. Der zum Schwimmen einladende Wolgastsee ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön gelegen - im "Idyll am Wolgastsee" kann man die Aussicht auf den See bei gutem Essen genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einfach toll!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Ärzte, Strand und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind schnell mit Fahrrad oder Auto zu erreichen. Ausstattung ist auch super. Es ist alles da, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Das Haus war sauber und die Übergabe lief reibungslos. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht, haben allerdings nur Handtücher und Bettwäsche für 2 Personen bekommen. Für uns war das jedoch nicht dramatisch, da wir alles dabei hatten. Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs. Gläser und Glasschalen sind teilweise komplett verkalt und das Besteck nicht mehr so schön. Das müsste dringend getauscht werden. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Haushälfte mit Sauna, Ruhige Wohngegend, wenig Geräusche, wenig Autoverkehr. Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern sowie der Terrassentür(Super). Endreinigung durch Vermieter war nicht gut; Krümel in der Küche unter dem Toaster, Handtuchtrockner verstaubt (da kann monatelang niemand drüber gewischt haben). Während Endreinigung bei umliegenden Häusern bleibt die Haustüre währenddessen offen Stehen, sodass Mücken usw. ins Haus gelangen, da bringt auch nichts das Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern sind (Verbesserungsbedarf).

Gut erholt!

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus wir haben nichts vermisst. Man muss wissen was man möchte. Wir wollten Ruhe und Erholung und haben genau das bekommen. Ein Highlight für uns war natürlich die Sauna. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Tage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter vor Ort verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben. Gerade die Sauna hat uns an den kalten Tagen sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wiederkommen und die FeWo auch weiterempfehlen.

Usedom ist sehr abwechslungsreich

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, einzige Makel waren die Terrassenstühle die sind unbequem . Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.
