Nikte Ha 1A is a beautiful garden view ground floor studio in Half Moon Bay’s newest luxury condos with a beachfront pool. This unit has an open floor layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, king size bed and entertainment unit.

This studio has its own independent entrance and a lock off door connecting to a gorgeous 2 bedroom beachfront condo allowing this unit to be used as a 3 bedroom vacation rental. The adjacent condo has a full kitchen, living room, beachfront deck, a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Only a short stroll on the beach to some of the best beachfront restaurants nearby or walk down Akumal road to Yal-ku Lagoon, Akumal Bay, and downtown Akumal for more dining options, stores, dive shops and fun for everyone during their stay.

*Please be advised that while Nikte Condominiums do have an elevator, the service is inconsistent and in no way guaranteed. Please anticipate using the stairs. Thank you!

A Little Gem

The studio is small but well equipped. The pool and beach are pretty and inviting. There are restaurants and activities within easy walking distance but the area is quiet and safe at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The studio is small but very functional, the kitchen has everything you might need plus bottled water. The housekeepers are professional and polite, they will help you if you need anything for the studio. The bed was very comfortable however the wifi is spotty, I’d suggest you get data for your phone. The location is fantastic, extremely safe, in the middle of restaurants, store across the street & beach out front! The concierge service & office staff were quick to help which was greatly appreciated!

Reviewer Comments: Check in very good, room is nice and equipped with everything you need, bed is super comfortable. The front door needs a new handle, it is about to rust off. Good water pressure but no hot water... The battery compartment on the safe is broken and no key so could not use the safe.
