ATTENTION: work is currently underway on the façade of the residence. Access to the balcony is not possible, but the sea view is still present. Low price accordingly.

Located on the second floor of a secure residence, "Le nid des marmettes" is a fully equipped studio facing the sea for 5 people. The accommodation has a pull-out bed in the living room 160/200, a small bedroom with bunk beds 80/190, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The equipped kitchen is located in the main room facing the sea. Breathtaking view of the entire beach, the sky and the sea. Facing west.

Eine schön gelegene Wohnung. Leider entsprechen die Bilder der Anzeige nicht dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden. Dafür gibt es Absperrgitter und Baugerüste. Dadurch ist der Blick auf den Strand sehr eingeschränkt.
