You will love your time at our updated, family friendly condo in a quiet, well maintained setting. Prime location on the BEACH SIDE of the boulevard in downtown Gulf Shores with walking distance to plenty of area attractions including restaurants and shopping. Incredibly short walk to The Hangout, Flip Flop Deli Shop, Bahama Bob's Beach Side Cafe, Pink Pony, Pier 33 (groceries), and souvenir shops.
Check-in with KEY-LESS entry! Only one flight of stairs and you are right at your front door overlooking a spacious pool area with grills and tables available. The pool area is nicely secluded providing convenient family fun and a little more shield on those windy days! Our balcony overlooks the boulevard which makes for the BEST people watching and fun times!
We strive to make our condo extremely versatile. It is family friendly, but it is also great for friends traveling together. What a location! It is well stocked so that you can come and enjoy your time and hopefully have everything you need at your fingertips. Sometimes, as with any vacation, things can arise that are out of everyone's control, and if that does happen, we are just a text/phone call away and ready to handle any issue. We want your trip to be hassle free! We work hard to make your trip the best it can possibly be!
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a new 39" Smart TV. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and a new sofa which has a full size pull out bed and twin mattress roll out cot.
The condo hosts full bath and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking a breeze. Step out the kitchen door onto your private balcony and enjoy a beverage while you people watch on Beach Boulevard.
Packing made easy: ~ We have a community sharing drawer where you will find aluminum foil, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, and more. There is also a cabinet with basic spices which also includes sugar, coffee, non-stick cooking spray, etc. For the benefit of all, please don't deplete and feel free to add to the assortment.
-We provide all the dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils and appliances such as a coffee maker (drip and Keurig), crock pot, blender, toaster, mixer, pots, pans, bowls, casserole dishes, and pretty much anything you will need to cook full meals.
~ You will arrive to an initial set up of paper products/tissues, soaps, laundry supplies, and trash bags. Be sure to pack more for the rest of your stay.
-For children, we have a pack n play in the front closet and a children’s high chair. Please do not take to the beach.
The complex has good lighting all hours of the night, a security/parking guard, and the unit has a doorbell camera. The pool is serviced professionally but is not heated.
Parking passes are $30 per car and must be paid for on arrival on site.
A new laundry closet has just been added and is a great addition to the unit! Message for Snowbird special extended rates.
Due to severe allergies, we CANNOT allow renters with animals in our unit.

Great property, the hosts did a great job of making sure you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient access to the beach, to the car, to nearby restaurants and attractions. And all at an affordable price, we loved it.
Condo was great for my daughter and I.We enjoyed the location, close to the beach and shops. The owners were super kind and easy to work with! Very family friendly place! The condo had everything you needed to have a great week vacation! ( I loved the washer and dryer in the unit!)
Spent a week in this lovely condo. Nicely decorated with all the cooking utensils you could possibly want or need. Great location at the beach and a short walk to Bahama Bob's, Hangout, and souvenir shops. The owner is very responsive and condo has a great view of the pool.
The condo was very nice, clean, and had lots of extras. The host were outstanding with directions and very clear! Would definitely recommend staying here. Only a walk across parking lot to get to beach.

Beautiful place and stay. Such wonderful host and answered any questions we had right away. Everything perfect for our anniversary trip and can not wait to come back
We loved this little place. Very clean, and cozy, fully stocked kitchen. We had a blast! We were just a two minute walk from the room, actually could see the ocean from our front door between the two buildings. The pool was closed in with the property and very clean. Would definitely stay here again! We stayed Monday-Thursday and The price was great also, I shopped around a lot and this was the best deal for what we got.
We stayed for spring break and had the best time! The he condo is super pretty, modern and has everything you could think of from beach toys, umbrella, and beach mat. We had an amazing time and already looking to come back again! The condo is perfect for family’s and close to everything. Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the unit location in relation to pool. The only glitch was the parking pass. I’m not sure why there is an extra fee to park your vehicle.

This is a privately owned condo by Steve and Dyan Perrigin. We have 2 sons, Wesley and Ethan. We live less than and hour away and love the Gulf! Owning a place on the gulf has been a dream and this is now our 2nd property. We hope you enjoy your time here as we strive to make it the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy.
