Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your private balcony at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sands unit 204. Tastefully decorated unit directly faces the Gulf, Beach and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view!

This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps seven with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom, 3 Twins in the 2nd bedroom. The den has 2 reclining sofas and a comfy recliner with the best view of the ocean and a queen size inflatable bed for additional sleeping needs. We have wireless internet access in our condominum and we are located only 1/4 mile from the center of town....with shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. Carpeting in bedrooms and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, den and baths. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has 49" smart tv.

Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and its a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the ocean!

Please note when comparing our rates to others that our rates INCLUDE the 13% lodging tax.

You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. This is a non-smoking Unit and smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. We welcome SNOWBIRDS!

Relatively spacious and right on the beach!

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this condo has a great (although not 180 degrees) view of the beach, which immediately accessible by a flight of stairs and a very short walk. Can( get much closer really! The condo itself is quite roomy with nice recliners… a nicer living room than other places we have rented. Sadly the pool is not heated, but otherwise we had a nice stay.

Perfect location to beach and walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants! Very clean and Sheryl was super accommodating about our check in time after driving all night with 4 kids!

Great Stay!!!

Very Nice Condo!! Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to the over priced condos often listed on VRBO. Very clean and a great location. Ms. Harper was very friendly and very accommodating.
