Enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from your private balcony at this Gulf Front Condominium, Southern Sandsj unit 204. Tastefully decorated unit directly faces the Gulf, Beach and overlooks the Pool. This condo is truly ON the beach with a fantastic view of the gulf and beach from the balcony or from a comfy chair in the den. See pictures in our listing of our awesome view!

This two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps seven with a comfortable King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. All mattresses are new! The den has 2 reclining sofas and a comfy recliner with the best view of the ocean and a queen size inflatable bed for additional sleeping needs. We have wireless internet access in our condominum and we are located only 1/4 mile to the west on Beach Blvd and we are so close to the center of town(Highway 59)….with shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. LVP in bedrooms and beautiful ceramic tile flooring in kitchen, den and baths. Flat screen tvs in den and bedrooms. Den has 49" smart tv.

Enjoy covered and outdoor parking for your vehicle (2 vehicle limit) at this 2nd floor condo. Your reservation will include one parking permit with a 2nd permit available for purchase if you are bringing 2 vehicles. Private, covered deck overlooks the beach, gulf front pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a very low density complex with 18 total units. Centrally located elevator makes this condo very accessible and it’s a short, quick walk to our pool, the beach and the gulf!!

You will find a common area downstairs with 2 charcoal grills for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent on the Beach during the summer season. We are a smoke-free complex, we don’t allow smoking inside the condo or on the balcony. We do have a covered designated smoking area downstairs. We welcome SNOWBIRDS!

The location and facility were great. The unit itself was not “bad” but there are some things I would have liked to know, but didn’t find in the other reviews. The beds were hard, really hard. My husband and I ended up sleeping one on each couch because of how hard they were. My mom ended up layering blankets on her bed for softness. Additionally, the unit itself is very heavily decorated, this made it tough to baby proof. Every single surface and cabinet is full. The pool is nice, I really liked how small the building was, the elevator and carts were very helpful. Instructions to the unit were perfect. The only thing keeping us from renting this place again are those beds. I completely understand preference, but I’ve literally never laid on something harder to sleep… including a floor.

Goodness Angela, I have received SO many positive comments regarding our mattresses! I'm sorry you found them uncomfortable. I know mattresses are a personal preference, but honestly I've had many guests ask me where they could purchase the type of mattresses I have in this condo. We try to have the kitchen well-stocked for our guests with cookware, but there are many empty cabinets throughout the unit for guests' storage and for their groceries, so I am not sure I understand why you commented that every surface and cabinet was full. Glad you enjoyed our pool and the size of the complex. We think we have a very comfortable, clean, and convenient place and take much pride in being a property that has many returning guests each year.

This beachfront condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The listing was completely accurate, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free from the start. The space itself was cozy, comfortable, and very clean—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Waking up to the beach view each morning was such a highlight.One of the things we loved most was the location. Being right on the beach made everything so convenient, and the smaller building gave it a quieter, more private feel compared to larger, crowded complexes. It felt like a peaceful little getaway while still being close to everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic condo in a wonderful location!

Well appointed condo with wonderful views from the beachfront balcony. Within walking distance of both Bahama Bob’s and a new restaurant called The Catch. Condo was peaceful and relaxing. We had a fantastic time here!
