This property was perfectly quiet and relaxing for our girls weekend getaway! It came with everything we needed and was in an adorable neighborhood on the canal, perfect for evenings on the porch and walking dogs. Close to town and easy to access all that Vermillion has to offer. Would love to return again for annual birthday trips!

The home was as advertised. The outside was as pictured. The inside has been updated with everything we needed. Kitchen was complete with all appliances. Living room was comfortable. The bedrooms were small but as advertised. The bathroom was small but met our needs. Comfortable shower with plenty of water pressure and hot water. Location was quiet and s easy access.We are making plans for next year and once finalized we will stay again,if available.

My daughter, son-in-law, and his parents have a condo they rent in Colorado. They provide COFFEE, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.AND a full set of CUTLERY. And laundry with pods and fabric sheets.None of these things were here. No forks, spoons, or butter knives?!?!?! Really? Just ONE plastic fork left in a box? Ceiling fan in bathroom was filthy. Kept banging my knee on the handle of sink cupboard.Place was clean and comfortable, but I would NOT return OR recommend. Was in a pleasant area and I felt safe. That's about it.

We regret that the amenities did not meet your expectations. We have opted not to provide plastic utensils or cups due to environmental concerns. Previously, we offered an amenity basket containing shampoos, toothpastes, and brushes, among other items. However, we have discontinued this practice because we either take the entire basket or do not dispose of the items after use. The cottage’s limited space is a contributing factor to this decision.

we loved the little cottage. It was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed including plastic cups for the kids. The entire place was clean and organized well. We had a lovely stay and will probably book again in the future.

I wish that also. All the cottage use to but over the years people sold and didn't include the easement with the resale. If you come again we do have a boat dock which is a short walk form the cottage.

Nice getaway!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Great place to relax after fishing Erie all morning.

Very nice cottage

We enjoyed the cottage, comfortable for 5, well kept and supplied. River view is from the front deck which is very nice. One house back from the river. Convenient to Cleveland and Oberlin.

Great Cottage

Fantastic!

This is one of the cleanest and nicest places we’ve stayed at. The owners we’re great to deal with. We were greeted with wine, crackers and cheese when we arrived. We loved starting and ending our day on the front deck. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent location

We are from KY. Trip was scheduled for my son’s doctor appointment at the Cleveland Clinic. We chose this location because it is close to family and about 40 minutes from the Cleveland Clinic. Safe and secure area!!
