Six private bedrooms comfortably accommodate large groups, with thoughtfully designed spaces for couples, families and friends. Multiple ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, while the expansive shared spaces make it easy for everyone to come together.

The well-appointed kitchen is designed for everything from morning coffee to memorable dinners with friends. Enjoy meals indoors or take the experience outside to the expansive terrace and outdoor dining area.

PRIVATE RESORT

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Daily housekeeping is included, allowing you to fully relax during your stay. Additional services, including private chef experiences, airport transportation, grocery pre-stocking and other personalized arrangements, can be coordinated upon request.

Everything was great for our group of 8 ladies. Plenty of room and the view was amazing. Have stayed at Pedregal area for last 15 years and never it never disappoints.

An amazing place, great view and fantastic service. Chef Karla was wonderful and we couldn’t recommend this place more. It could be one of the best short term rentals in all of Cabo.

We had the best time celebrating my bachelorette at this villa. It is truly as pictured and beautiful. We were greeted at the house to get a tour for check in and our groceries that we pre-ordered were already set up in the fridge and freezer. The host and property manager had great communication. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

The house and the view was absolutely incredible. Beds were very comfortable, AC, showers, pool, spa were all in great condition and easy to use. Manager was easy to get in contact with and quick to respond.

Flawless stay with great service

A group of 10 stayed comfortably here and enjoyed the view and pool for 4 days. The daily cleaning service was extremely helpful and Ernesto helped arrange drivers wherever we needed to go and an excellent chef to make delicious mexican drinks and dishes for the group that were a highlight of the trip. The property is at the top of Pedregal (few minute drive) and a bit difficult to find the first time, but we had no issues once we got there and enjoyed the prime location!

When we first arrived, Fernando was able to greet us at the home for a 9 am check-in, which was much appreciated. However, we were immediately told that the house key had been lost by the previous tenant. He advised us to leave the front door unlocked and just close the gate when leaving. He assured us he’d return shortly with new keys, but that never happened. He also mentioned the main floor central AC thermostat wasn’t working and that a repairman would come fix it. That never happened either.As a result, the bunk bed room, main floor entertainment area, and kitchen stayed uncomfortably hot throughout our stay. The pool had floating plastic in it when we arrived. Fernando said a pool tech would stop by later that day to clean and treat it. Once again, that never happened.Despite these things, we were easy going tenants. Ordering ride shares and food/grocery deliveries was also a hassle due to the strict security at the Pedregal neighborhood gate. The recommended villa driver was too expensive, and walking those steep hills was no joke.That said, the villa’s incredible ocean view made up for a lot. The gas grill worked great, beds were very comfy, the showers had hot water, & the kitchen was equipped enough for a few quick meals. The ice machine being out of service, was annoying in the heat when making drinks. A heads-up before check-in would have been cool. Still, the villa was a solid base camp for our group of 8 guys. Although a bit proud on pricing, Id stay again.

First and most importantly, we want to sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The lack of follow-through on basic items like keys, AC repair, and pool cleaning is not acceptable and does not reflect the standard we aim to provide. As a result of this situation, we have since parted ways with the property manager responsible, and we’ve taken steps to ensure all of the problems you mentioned have been fully addressed. The home now has secure key access, the AC system is functioning properly, and the pool and ice machine are regularly maintained and in working order. We also understand how frustrating the gate access and transportation logistics can be, especially without clear guidance or reasonably priced options. We’re currently improving our pre-arrival communication to better set expectations and provide more helpful recommendations so future guests can plan accordingly. That said, we’re glad to hear you were still able to enjoy the incredible ocean views, comfortable accommodations, and amenities like the grill and hot showers. It means a lot that you made the most of your time and found the villa to be a solid base for your group. We appreciate your honesty and your patience, and we’d welcome the opportunity to host you again under much improved conditions.

Epic views with comfortable rooms

The property is beautiful with amazing views and great interior design. Every bedroom in the house was extremely comfortable with large king beds and bathrooms. We felt super safe in the neighborhood and the hosts were really helpful while we were there! It was a perfect house and we would definitely return!
