Nice apartment in Callantsoog for 2 people (50 sqm).

The cozy apartment with parquet is on the 1st Floor (with elevator) and has a large south-facing balcony. It is only 400m from the beautiful sandy beach with high dunes and inviting beach cafes. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV (7 German channels) and a stereo. The integrated kitchen offers all the necessary household and electrical appliances, as well as a microwave and dishwasher.

The bedroom has a double bed with two mattresses and a mirror cabinet.

The well-equipped bathroom has a bathtub with a shower screen.

In front of the apartment house there is a free parking lot and a lockable bicycle storage room. Bicycles can be rented in Callantsoog.
There is a large free car park at the beach access.
As a tenant you can use all facilities of the bathroom hotel such as sauna, solarium and squash for a fee. The hotel restaurant is also available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

If you want to book with friends or my apartment is already rented, I have the option of a second Apartment of the same size for rent in the house.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon auf Sonnenseite, alles wie beschrieben, wir haben eine Woche Urlaub hier genossen. Einen abschließbaren überdachten Fahrradschuppen gibt es auch. In knapp 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum, zum nächsten Strandaufgang sind es noch keine 10 Minuten. Wir werden die Wohnung gerne nochmal buchen.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung. Je nachdem, welche Nachbarn gerade eingezogen sind, kann es manchmal etwas lauter werden. Alles in Allem aber sehr ruhige Lage. Die Matratzen sind schon etwas älter, wir hatten aber unsere Topper dabei, damit ging's.

Wertige und angenhme Urlaubsunterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Rand von Callantsoog, somit sehr ruhig gelegen, aber die "Innenstadt" ist fußläufig in ca 12min zu erreichen; zum Strand vllt 2min mehr. In der City ist eigentlich alles zu finden, was man zum täglichen Bedarf benötigt: ein großer Supermarkt, etliche weitere Geschäfte und ausreichen Restaurants, Pizzarien und Eisdielen. Die Wohnung selber ist für 2 Personen geräumig geschnitten und die Einrichtung stammt nicht aus Billigmöbelheimern, sondern ist geschmackvoll, hochwertig und stabil. Die Wertigkeit der Ausstattung lässt sich auch im Küchenbereich weiter verfolgen: das Besteck ist nicht aus Blech, sondern eher schwere Qualität aus dem Haushaltswarenbereich, genauso Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Auch die Haushaltsgeräte sind nicht vom Discounter, sonden meist Markenprodukte. Nicht alles komplett neu, aber sauber, gepflegt und völlig in Ordnung. Der Balkon ist mehr als ausreichend groß, auch für Besuch ist genug Platz. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen immer wieder gerne.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem recht ruhigen Appartmenthaus nur ca 600 m vom Strand; sehr saubere Wohnung mit Südbalkon und voll funktionsfähiger Küche; ausreichend und ansprechendes Geschirr; Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür; Lift vorhanden; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort; Tankstelle ca 2,5 km entfernt; Strand sehr flach und sauber; die wenigen Gäste verteilen sich gut - keinerlei Gedränge jederzeit zu empfehlen

Schöne Wohnung in Callantsoog

Die Wohnung war genau, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Genügend Geschirr sowie gute Ablagen und Wandhaken sind vorhanden. Alles gemütlich und sauber. Ca. 15 Minuten bis ins Zentrum und zum Strand zu laufen. Dort gibt es genügen Geschäfte und Einkehrmöglichkeiten sowie einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnungen sind etwas hellhörig, vor allem auf dem Balkon (aber nachts war zum Glück alles ruhig). Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Dafür stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Es gibt nur zwei Router für das ganze Haus, deshalb ist die Internetverbindung nicht immer gut. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Ehepaar Ü60

Fahrradurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in Callantsoog hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir sind zum Fahrrad fahren dorthin verreist und waren begeistert von den Kilometer langen Fahrradwegen durch die Dünenlandschaft. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und ruhig. Die letzten 3 Tage war es ein wenig kälter, aber die Heizung mussten wir gar nicht in Betrieb nehmen, da es eigentlich so schon warm genug in der Wohnung war. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Das einzige, dass mir bis zur Anreise unklar war, war ob Bettzeug dort vorhanden ist, da ich in den Bewertungen widersprüchliche Aussagen gelesen hatte. Aber ja, es war Bettzeug vorhanden, bis auf die Bezüge glaube ich. Habe aber auch nicht wirklich nach Bezügen gesucht muss ich ehrlich sagen, da wir dann einfach unser eigenes Bettzeug mitgenommen hatten, sicherhaltshalber. Ansonsten jederzeit gerne wieder, es war super.

Kommunkation über Fewo hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert...am Ende trotzdem erfolgreiche Schlüsselübergabe dank des Vermieters. Hatten eine super Zeit in Callantsoog. Haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt...und gut erholt. Ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, gerne wieder!

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Apartment mit großem Balkon. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt alles da. Nur an Bettwäsche muss man denken. Die hatten wir leider nicht mit dabei, aber im Ort in einem Geschäft haben wir welche mieten können.

Eine ansprechend eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Die große Fensterfront und der geräumige Balkon schaffen eine schöne Verbindung mit der Natur. Die Lage ist großartig. Einerseits sehr ruhig, andererseits sehr zentral gelegen. Nicht zuletzt ein tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne FeWo: Gut gelegen und super ausgestattet :-)

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit hoher Aufenthaltsqualität sowie einem großzügigen Balkon mit bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten und Morgensonne. Die Lage ist perfekt für Radtouren; der sehr schöne Strand ist ggf. auch fußläufig erreichbar, ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nahebei. Alles bestens - wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!!

Schönes Appartment

Für zwei Personen optimal. Schöner Balkon. Was uns gefehlt hat war ein Backofen. Fahrräder können in einem Fahrradschuppen sicher verwahrt werden. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Rad am Strand.
