Vacation apartment directly on the North Sea dune beach, terrace and 2 bedrooms

This modern apartment has 70sqm of living space and is suitable for 4 people (with a small child).
The hallway connects two bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette with dining table and the heated bathroom with tub shower and toilet. Washer and dryer are available in the common room.
Garden furniture and loungers are available on the beautiful south terrace.
The beach apartment complex is located directly on the dunes to the beach (100m) and very close to the center of Callantsoog (400m).
The large supermarket is only a 4 minute walk away and is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.!
This is where the town center begins with cozy shops, household goods, drugstores, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, butchers, bakeries and ice cream parlors.
A flat-screen TV with 6 German channels, active speakers and free WiFi internet access are available.

Es hat an Nichts gefehlt, wirklich absolut empfehlendswert.Wenn überhaupt ein Mangel, es könnte der Fernseher ausgetauscht werden. Sind absolute Sportfans und verfolgen viele Sportübertragungen.

Schlüsselübergabe bei Anreise war ein bisschen holprig, Rest war perfekt.Wohnung ist unmittelbar am Strand, sehr geräumig und alles, was es braucht, ist da.Sehr empfehlenswert.

Unser Aufenthalt in Callantsoog hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, vor allem das große Sofa. Die Lage ist ideal mit kurzen Wegen zum Strand, Supermarkt und Dorfplatz. Sie liegt zum Innenhof und man hört nichts von der Straße. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Bad ist modern. Herr Müller ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kerst verblijf tegen de duinen.

Super dicht bij de duinen gelegen in heen mooi dorp. Het appartement was volledig ingericht . Alleen de tv was voor ons niet duidelijk en de eigenaar was vergeten de code van slagboom door te geven. We hebben erg genoten.

Im Mietvertrag PDF steht alles übersichtlich erklärt. Auch der Code für die Parkplatzschranke. Fernsehen funktioniert einwandfrei über den Kabelanbieter Ziggo. Einfach die beiden Fernbedienungen benutzen, wie es in der Bgrüßungsmappe steht.

Callantsoog tut gut

Wer keine kältere Jahreszeit scheut ist auch im Dezember in Callantsoog gut aufgehoben.Strand, spazieren im Naturschutzgebiet,und was Warmes in den geöffneten Strandlokalen,Besuch in U.a. Bergen lassen keine Langeweile auf kommen. Unsere FW lag strategisch günstig sowohl zum Strand als auch zum Centrum,war sauber,in Küche und Wohnbereich gut ausgestattet,sehr gut beheizt ,also empfehlenswert. Zudem natürlich zu der Zeit absolut ruhig. Die Woche tat rundherum gut! Monika u. Berndt

Einfach perfekt für uns

Diese Ferienwohnung ist wirklich hübsch und funktional eingerichtet, hat alles, was man braucht und ist einfach ideal gelegen zu Strand und Städtchen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Perfekt ist auch der Spielplatz in der Anlage, wo sich morgens und abends die Kinder zum Spielen treffen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊👌

Heerlijk verblijf vlakbij zee!!!

Genoten van het appartement. Alles aanwezig! Heerlijk bad en douche. Kort bij zee en centrum. Enige nadeel voor mij waren de bedden. Ik had last van mijn rug door het zachte matras. Mijn man en dochter hadden dit niet.

Eine Woche Erholung pur.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt maximal noch ein Föhn und Platzmatten für den schönen Tisch, ansonsten ist alles tip top. Wir haben uns in der Woche wunderbar erholt und die Strandspaziergänge genossen. Danke, dass wir bei Ihnen zu Gast sein durften.

+ - Nicht luxuriös, aber sehr gut ausgestattet. - Direkt gegenüber von einem "Strandslag", man ist also schnell am Strand. - Privater Parkplatz ist auch mit wenigen Schritten erreicht. - Gute Betten und Sofa. - Spiele vorhanden - Fernseher mit deutschen Programmen. - Dusche (Badewanne) schön heiß! - Reichlich Haken im Badezimmer. -- - Wohnung ist leider etwas zu hellhörig. - Für 4 Leute etwas eng.

Erholsam und schön wie immer

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung und würden auch ein weiteres Mal kommen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Ein riesen Pluspunkt ist, dass ein Reisebett vorhanden ist und wir deshalb kein eigenes mitnehmen mussten. Leider waren in der Vergangenheit offensichtlich weniger achtsame Gäste in der Wohnung, weshalb hier und da kleinere Beschädigungen an der Einrichtung (z.B. Kühlschrankgriff) vorhanden waren. Alles in allem war es aber wieder sehr schön und weiterhin empfehlenswert.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich top. Super aufgeteilt, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Es ist alles da was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie brauchen könnte. Die Wohnung liegt absolut perfekt in Nähe zum Strandaufgang und nur 10 Geh-Minuten zum örtlichen AH. Bisher die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir in Callantsoog bewohnen durften.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Mit vier Personen genügend Platz für alle. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, zudem ich Schwierigkeiten hatte mit meiner Kreditkarte die zweite Zahlung zu leisten. Warum auch immer. Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet, es war alles da was man brauchte . Die Nähe zum breiten Strand und zum Ortskern einfach super .Vielen Dank
