The Cap Groix Residence enjoys an ideal seaside location, allowing this two-bedroom apartment to boast a beautiful sea view. Located on the first floor with elevator access, it comprises an entrance hall with large closets, a bright living room opening onto a lovely terrace with sea views, and a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, range hood, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave) leading to another balcony. One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm), and the other has two single pull-out beds (90 cm). There is also a shower room and a separate toilet. For added convenience, the apartment includes private parking.
*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
