Quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from downtown and 1 mile from CU boulder campus. 2 smart TV's and 3 king beds or 2 king beds and 2 twins in third bedroom. Wifi! Private yard with table and lounge chairs. This was a lovely apartment overall. The host was attentive and friendly, the linens, towels, and other amenities were luxurious, and the location near Chautauqua Park was superb. Extremely comfortable beds, and light airy decor. The kitchenette was completely adequate for our needs as well. We would stay again.
