The neighborhood is a beautiful neighborhood right outside the Downtown Boulder. Right next to Boulder's only Golf Course, you also have parks for kids, mountain views, and so much more. 3 miles to Pearl Street and Chautaqua mountain.

Getting Around:
There is plenty of transportation options in Boulder including public transportation, electric bikes and scooters, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful.

This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
