About this property

Rent duplex 5/6 pers. Les Arcs (ARC 1800) - residence ARCHEBOC - ski in, ski out

We rent our duplex in the Archeboc residence (Charmettoger district), in the immediate vicinity of the centre of Villards, shops and ski lifts. Return on skis.

It is a very functional apartment (designed by Charlotte Perriand), well appointed and ideal for 5 or 6 people. We wanted to keep this vintage spirit specific to Charlotte Perriand (kitchen/bathroom).

The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor with lift. It is classified 4 paradiski crystals (out of 5).

first level:
- bathroom with toilet,
- equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, raclette machine...)
- living/dining room with sofa, table, bench and three stools
- terracePGJyPgPGJyPg
second level:
- first sleeping area with a high ceiling of 3m30 in which you will find a pull-out bed (two beds 80x190) and double bed (new bedding) on the mezzanine
- toilet equipped with a washbasin separates this first space. - second sleeping area with double bed (new bedding)

The apartment is ideal for a family or friends, there are 6 real beds, no one sleeps in the living room!

A ski locker located on the ground floor of the building completes the property. It is ideally placed for departure and return on skis. You only have to carry your skis for about ten metres!
For the little ones, the "Arc Aventure" kindergarten is located 50m away.
In summer, a secure mountain bike room is accessible on the ground floor by a badge. Racks allow you to hang your bike.
For parking, plan to book your parking on the Les Arcs site in winter, the Charmettoger car park is located 100m from the residence.

Cleaning is included in the price, you just have to leave the kitchen area clean, empty the dishwasher and take out the rubbish.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented from our concierge who will drop them off directly in the the apartment.

Kit bathroom / towels - 10€ per person (2 towels per person).

Appartement agréable et bien situé, optimisé pour un court séjour, classique des Arcs,

Appartement très bien placé,, tout près des départ de ski et locations de forfait et accès aux magasins. Notre hôte Benoit a été efficace et rapide dans ses réponses. Nous avons trouvé très bien pour 4 personnes, sans doute un peu petit au delà. il n'est pas possible notamment de s'isoler car il n'y a pas de chambre fermée. L'appartement était propre et bien aménagé, sans doute un peu limité en terme de confort (canapé clic clac) mais c'est resté secondaire pour nous. Nous remercions Benoit et Lelani pour leur accueil.

Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants. Nous adorons la montagne l’hiver et l’été. Nous faisons du snowboard et du ski l’hiver et de la randonnée l’été.

L’appartement est au dernier étage avec vue sur les sapins.et la montagne. Nous avons l’impression d’être en pleine nature tout en étant au plus près des installations.

Dernier étage, 6 vrais couchages et surtout un casier à ski au rez de chaussée, très rare aux arcs.
