Building has laundry, private pool and private beach with outdoor bar and dinner, Walking distance to smoke shop, covenant store, gas station, bank.
No Pets Allowed ( please discuss options for service pets before booking)
Keep balcony doors closed when leaving the apartment or when not used because of humidity and sudden weather changes. Building also charges $30 per 2 adults for key fob. Key fob is used to access the building from all doors including lobby entrance from parking garage. Also to Gym , pool, and beach gates. Valet Rates:
