You are also close to supermarkets, rental car shops, Aventura Mall for your convenience. The unit has been fully renovated. The unit can accommodate 4 people (queen bed, sofa bed, and twin bed). This is an apartment complete with full size kitchen and bathroom. Free WiFi anywhere in the apartment. TV with Netflix compatibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, toaster oven, high end silver ware, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, blender and microwave. The unit has bath and beach towels, two adult beach chairs and two child size beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, iron and iron board, hair dryer, 50 inch plasma TV.

The condo was immaculate, the view was breathtaking. The condo workers were wonderful all around and very helpful. Vivian and Stan were great to deal with for the entire duration of our stay and for the check in process and checking out. The kitchen has everything you need and more and the bed was very comfortable. We will be coming back to stay with Vivian again every time we visit Florida!!Thank you for such a great experience. Highly recommend to everyone!

Prior to trip, I tried to contact Vivian via 2 phone calls & 5 messages through VRBO, she never responded. I heard from her the day before to give me her assistant's info but she didn't acknowledge my prior messages.Check in was confusing & the staff we encountered were not very friendly or helpful.Pool was under maintenance. Each day I was told it would open. Never did. As for the apartment: black hairs in the shower, kitchen trash lid was filthy & mold around the kitchen sink. It would have been nice to have information about the facilities & the area in the apartment to review. The listing says there are beach towels. However, the only “beach towels” were two red bath towels. There were 2 beach chairs in the closet but at first glance they looked old & moldy so we didn’t even get them out. I texted the assistant about chairs. He said we could rent chairs at the beach for 15. When I inquired about them on the beach I was told they were 20. I passed this info on to Vivian's assistant. He said to get them for 15 we had to go through him. However, he never mentioned this to me in our original correspondence. The living room furniture is a futon couch and 2 side chairs, VERY uncomfortable - no padding. We had to use pillows.The view is nice from the balcony however it doesn’t get sun for very long. Pricing on the listing is outdated. It shows the parking pass as 50/week & tag 20 but parking was 100 and tag was 30. My husband and I do NOT recommend.

Perfect Gateway

Check in process was not difficult I was a bit worried as some reviews expressed confusion for check in but my partner and I had no difficulty. Hosts were great and quick communicators! Location was perfect. Publix and Walmart were 8 minute walks. A great Italian restaurant across the street ! Beach was right there too! Overall had a great experience and loved our calm vacation.
