1400 sq ft townhouse built in 2019.

Amazing two-story 2 BR/2.5BA with bedrooms on the 1st floor. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper, and 2 Twins (bunk bed set). Suitable for up to 8 guests.

Each bedroom has memory foam pillows

Kitchen & Living area are on the 2nd floor through a set of stairs. Spacious kitchen with everything a chef needs. Well stocked pots/pans/utensils/knives. Coffee maker and French Press, Tea Kettle, Baking Sheets, Electric Mixer, Blender, Brita Filter.

55” TV with Chromecast, Samsung Speakers, and free Youtube TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max. Stretch out on our comfortable couches and recliner.

High-speed internet throughout the house and a mesh wifi system.

Special touches to make your stay comfortable: Paraben-free shampoo and conditioner, hypo-allergenic Dove body wash, makeup wipes, quality coffee beans from our neighborhood coffee shop, cocktail set and Moscow Mule mugs, bug repellent for your outdoor adventures.

First come first served parking right outside the unit and free street parking are also available.

Parking can get a little tricky late on Saturday night but otherwise is generally fine.

Feel like a Local

Great space and layout for a group weekend getaway! Really enjoyed the floor split and open living space, especially how clean it was. Even if it looks like a more industrial area, The proximity to the downtown area is worth the peace and quiet where you feel more like a local than a tourist. Easily accessible to highways as well as quick share ride to the Fun area too. Overall, great experience- had everything we wanted and More. Owners were super responsive and attentive! Would highly recommend.
