Clean spaces. Coffee maker didn’t work. Attic in very old home, so was very drafty with little insulation. On street corner, a lot of traffic noise. Had problems getting access to property. Neighbor had to help me. No silverware in kitchen. Lovely old home that felt like a ghost house to me.

Thank you for the review. We would like to clarify that some of your statements are not accurate. Our home is regularly maintained, cleaned and inspected. It is not a noisy property and it is fully equipped including silverware for guest’s use. We have not received similar complaints by other guests. The comment about being a “ghost house”
Has no basis and is maybe a misunderstanding. We encourage future guests to read our other reviews for a more accurate picture of our property.
Everything was as it was stated on the property listing. The kitchen had everything you needed in order to cook and eat. The bed was comfortable, the indoor temp was good, great water heater with reslly good pressure, and the place was very clean and well stocked. The owner is very sweet and fantastic at communication. The backyard is very nice with the koi pond, the seating area, etc. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Thank you Jake for the 5 stars. I will be happy to see you again for future stays.
This home is well-located for an easy drive around Cincinnati. We found close parking each night, check in was easy with one minor clarification message, and the space is beautiful and squeaky clean.
Fantastic stay, couldn't ask for more, Elizabeth, the host showed me around. She is very gracious and goes the extra mile every step of the way. The location is central to everything, easy to get around, even if just walking within Covington, the walk to Cincinnati isn't even all that bad. Very nice home with more than ample space, an old home that has been revitalized, very beautiful, highly recommended!
Listing was accurate.Everything we needed was provided. Place was clean. Bed was comfortable. Appliances in kitchen worked properly. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Had no issues with the VRBO or the surroundings/neighbors.
The inside of the house is very nice, lots of charm, immaculate. The house number was not visible, and the parking not available Sunday night through the week nights due to morning street sweeping is inconvenient. Hostess very communicative and you can tell she takes pride in the beauty of her home.
We spent 1 month in this darling 3rd floor apartment just a quick walk to downtown Covington and across the river to Cincinnati. The neighborhood was quiet, Elizabeth was an amazing host and there never was an issue with street parking. I would highly recommend this stunning Victorian home for your next vacation. You will never find a better host than Elizabeth.

The property was very clean and cute, just as pictured. Nice location for exploring the Ark and Cincinnati area. Thanks for a nice home away from home for a long weekend!
The apartment was very cute and felt very relaxing. Just like home. The location was excellent for access to Riverbend and Newport on the Levee. We also went to Molly Malones for dinner and live music (it was also excellent!) I would highly recommend this location and host!
My wife and I made a weekend trip to the Cincinnati area and stayed in this lovely little apartment. It was well set up, clean, easy to find, and exactly what we needed. I highly recommend this property!

This is a very nice little apartment. The rentor is such a swwet lady.
My husband and I loved our stay here. The building is over a hundred years old and has been renovated to keep its charm and updated with modern conveniences. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in and out was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. And the neighborhood was very nice as well. We will definitely stay here again.
