The apartment door has a Schlage electric lock and you will be provided with a code which will be valid for the duration of your stay.

Guests have full access to the second-floor apartment, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, workspace and dining area.

Entry is through a private entrance and staircase with secure smart lock access.

We conveniently offer self check-in and checkout. Please note that our listing is a self-catering home.

Other details to note: + The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest party. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

+ NO SMOKING ALLOWED of any kind (including vapes). Any signs of smoking in the unit will incur a $1,000 fee and cancelation of booking.

+ NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS. We do not allow visitors at the property. Only registered guests may occupy the space.

+ PARKING: There is ample street parking available. We also provide 1 reserved parking spot, subject to availability. It is $10/day up to a flat fee of $40 for stays longer than 4 days.
