Come and discover our refurbished house with sheets provided at no extra charge, a stone's throw from the marina of Jard sur Mer, a family seaside resort between Les Sables d'Olonne and La Tranche sur Mer.

Only a few metres from the Moulin de Conchette, the marina, the beach and the forest, you will be seduced by its location allowing you to walk to restaurants, shops, shops, nightlife but also nautical and tourist activities.

You can enjoy the seasonal markets in the city centre twice a week, as well as a night market and entertainment during the summer season on the marina.

🛌 Bedrooms & capacity

The house has a master bedroom, equipped with a double bed of 140x190 opening onto a small terrace from the where you can see the ocean.

A mezzanine equipped with two single beds of 80x190 is added to the sleeping area. This charming attic space, with its low ceiling height, is ideal for two children or teenagers.

🍽️ Facilities & comfort

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and all the comforts you need for your holidays as well as adequate facilities to welcome and entertain children, from the youngest to the oldest.

The accommodation is equipped with a free high-speed WiFi connection (fibre).

The wooden terrace at the back of the house, intimate and friendly with its relaxation area, will allow you to fully enjoy the Vendée sun accompanied by the gentle sound of the ocean, all with a pleasant view of the maritime pines.

🅿️ Parking

The accommodation does not have a dedicated parking space, but out of season, it is very easy to park in one of the many spaces on the street, in front of the house.
During the summer season, it can be more difficult to find a daytime parking space in the direct vicinity of the house, but several car parks in the vicinity make parking easier. But the advantage of this location is that you can do everything on foot!
