I don't ask my guests to do anything besides wipe up after themselves, especially if you cook.
No pulling sheets, washing dishes (DO NOT hand wash; just put them in the dishwasher but don't even run the dishwasher unless you need to replenish supplies for your use),
Toss used towels into the hamper in the bathroom closet and you don't even have to take out garbage if it's not full and in your way!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Each facet has been carefully constructed by the proprietor using unique objects with historical connections to the property and built by his hand for a personal touch. There are 3.5 well-manicured acres to explore from The Porch at the front of The Big House to the fire pit next to the stream on the back side of the grounds.

Play, relax and get cozy... Empire Estate was made for it! snuggle next to a fire tucked in a private corner next to the stream, play volleyball or badminton with friends, swim (May-Sept., for booked guests only) all day or play cornhole or horseshoes. There's even a practice net to get loose for that round of golf! Or just stroll the grounds and enjoy the handcrafted sidewalks and selfie stations.
