PARKING: One assigned parking spot, additional parking available
Guest access:
Guests will have access to 3 pools and a tennis court within the community. Access to the pools and tennis court will be via keycard located in the condo. ($50 fee for lost card)

Quick Drive to Beaches (both Dewey and Rehoboth are under 2 miles), Outlets, Boardwalk and Funland

This is a family owned condo that we enjoy with our two children (4 year old & 2 year old) over the off season.
