A very quiet setting just minutes away from all the activity on Rehoboth Ave, the beach, the boardwalk and Dewey. 3 BR 2 1/2 Ba, an outdoor shower and full size washer and dryer. The on ramp to Route 1 North Coastal Highway is a block away giving easy access to shopping and restaurants. There are two parking spaces reserved for this unit labeled 5. Have fun in the sun at the beach and boardwalk. Relax in the cozy sunroom. New carpeting 6/12/24. Updated shower/bath in upstairs hallway 7/6/2024. New hardwood flooring 4/30/25. Renovated kitchen 4/30/25.

Nancy’s townhouse was perfect for our three night stay in Rehoboth. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. And the space, in general, matched what we were expecting based on the listing. Communication with Nancy was easy. Would happily stay here again for another trip to the area!

House is very clean; very quiet at night. The location is great, very close to beach with parking permit provided. Close to grocery stores with fresh local food and lots of great restaurants. The outdoor shower is very convenient to rinse off all the sands. Highly recommended.

Parking pass included so you can park closer to the beach. Very clean, excellent air conditioning (central air) and modern living spaces. Comfortable couches, chairs, beds. Perfect spot to start and end your days while visiting Rehoboth.

Overall great experience! Only thing was that the air conditioning didn’t work as well upstairs in the bedrooms, so there was a big difference in how downstairs and upstairs felt temperature wise. Beach chairs and parasol provided came in really handy! Communication with host was easy!

Great place close to the beach

Lovely property with so many helpful items for cooking. Everything was perfect. The floors in the bathrooms and carpet could use a cleaning, but we understand it's close to the beach so harder to keep that in perfect condition.

Perfect beach getaway

Location was perfect for short ride to beach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. The host Nancy was very responsive and kind. I will consider staying here again. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids.

Very comfortable home; owner supplied everything needed for kitchen and bath.

Excellent location. Less than a five minute drive to the heart of town. We were fortunate to have beautiful October weather. There were beach chairs available and even wood to build a fire on a chilly night. Would absolutely stay again.

Vey Cozy Getaway

Loved our stay at this amazing place. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere along with a comfortable stay. The only thing I did not like was that the master bedroom tv went off and I was not able to access the channels but we were winding down to go to bed anyway.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was good but having bikes was key to getting to the beach. It was much quicker that way.
