Welcome to Coconuts Beachside! This amazing condo is located within the iconic Coconuts Beach Resort located directly on beautiful Holmes Beach.

You'll love this newly refreshed unit that has had a complete makeover with a fully equipped kitchen, elegant yet comfortable living room with 47 inch TV, and private bedroom with plush queen beds. The bedroom also features cable TV.
At Coconuts you will enjoy the Florida beach cottage experience with authentic island vibes. Relax by the pool or wander right out your door down to the shoreline. This unit features your own private, screened in lanai that opens up right onto the beach! There are plenty of beach loungers to relax in as well as a dining table for 4 on your spacious lanai. You won't want to miss the amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets. View them from the beach or from the comfort of your living room. At night the sound of gulf waves crashing will lull you into a peaceful sleep.
Coconuts Beachside is centrally located in the middle of Holmes Beach. The free island trolley stop is just one block away from the complex and will take you anywhere else on the island. There is a dedicated parking space for your unit as well as visitor parking on a first come, first served basis. Coconuts resort also offers a coin operated laundry facility on-site so you can pack light.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
