This much sought after complex features an elevator, large heated pool at gulf side, tennis court and a beach that is unparalleled. The open balcony is directly on the beach and will provide expansive gulf views and unforgettable sunsets!
Every amenity has been thought out to make your stay here a pleasure! There is a 48" television in the living room. The master bedroom has a 26" television while the guest bedroom has a 32" television.
Waters Edge 110S will sleep five with a king size bed, one double and one twin.
This is a very popular Holmes Beach rental complex, so please book early.
Condo rules dictate a one month minimum rentals during the winter and two week minimum rentals through the rest of the year.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
