Great location, close to the beach and trolley for getting around (and a short walk to the Ugly Grouper). Lovely outdoor space at the back and plenty of equipment to make stay enjoyable and easy.Hope to be back soon.

Overall our stay was great! Property was clean, pool was clean & neighborhood was nice and relaxing. Our only complaint was the water pressure wasn’t great in any of the sinks or showers! But we managed. The outdoor shower was a plus!

The place was dirty in parts—spatters on the blinds, food in the DR chairs and crumbs under the furniture. The DR chairs were off balance. The light above the sink was out. The microwave didn’t work. One of the bedroom fans didn’t work. Washer didn’t work at one point. The pictures were deceiving—there is no pool behind the house. Old property. Hole in bathroom ceiling. Beds are good, and the location great. But that’s about it.

The condo was just as expected. Layout was good with the Master Bedroom on the main level and t additional BRs upstairs. Beds were extremely comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. Made it very accessible. Great outdoor shower was perfect after the beach. The beach chairs (6) were very appreciated as was the wagon to haul all the stuff to the beach. Really appreciated the 2 options for shade (umbrella or canopy). Loved the paddle boards. Only negative was the driveway retained water after a hard rain.
