Beautiful second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in St. Thomas within the Pelican Bay community. Relax on the spacious lanai overlooking the pool. Walking distance to the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. And just steps to the nearest tram station at The Commons that will take you to South Beach or North Beach and Marker 36. Pelican Bay offers private beach access, beachfront restaurants, renovated fitness center, canoeing, tennis, and 20 new pickleball courts are coming for the 2025 season. Minutes from downtown Naples. 30 day minimum rental - 90 day minimum during high season (January through March). Taxes, cleaning fee, and $5 a day guest passes are extra.

The best spot in Naples

The condo was spotless and well equipped, even brand new pots and pans. The location was great -- a short walk or tram ride to perfect beaches in Pelican Bay, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. And a lovely view. We're coming back.
