Horrible
We tried to stay at this place, but the front desk person was unable to operate the computer to check us in. While we were in the lobby, another guest returned to the lobby to tell the front desk lady that she had mistakenly gave him a room key to an already occupied room! There were other guests coming to the lobby to complain of cleanliness, lack of towels, etc. It seemed very poorly managed. The front desk person was very overwhelmed and could not figure out how to even give us a key. We waited for over an hour, I left her my number and asked her to call when she figured it out. She never called, and I had to find somewhere else to stay this night at the last minute. As you can imagine, this was not the experience I was anticipating after a long day of traveling. The front desk staff were completely inept and unprofessional, and did not appear to know how to do this job. We were very patient and accommodating, but were still charged for staying at a place we were never given access to. I do not recommend staying here. Worst experience.
