The furnished studio has one single bed, one double bed and a sofa bed. The studio accommodates a total of up to four people. It also offers a fully furnished kitchen and a separate bathroom. A small balcony is also part of the studio. Here you can relax on warm summer evenings and end the day.



Washing machines and dryers are also available on the ground floor. In the large studio you also have free Wi-Fi Internet and a flat screen TV with international channels. The service also includes monthly cleaning (for stays of 45 nights or more), bed linen, towels and bath towels. All ancillary costs are already included in the final amount shown.



You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by train, bus, on foot or by car in no time at all.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
