Exclusive, large and modern furnished 2.5 room flat with terrace in the Allmend in Lucerne.

This beautiful, exclusive and modern furnished 2.5 room flat guarantees comfort in its 43 m2. The flat can accommodate up to five people, one double bed and one single bed and a sofa bed for two people. The crockery and cutlery are prepared for five people and a microwave oven is also at your disposal in the kitchen. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a mirrored wardrobe, a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board. Towels and sheets are provided. In the basement there are coin-operated washing machines.

For both work and personal use, free WIFI and a flat screen TV with 30 channels are available. There is a large balcony where you can enjoy the summer evenings and relax.

The flat is centrally located in the Allmend gardens, close to the leisure and relaxation areas. Lucerne train station and the old town are only 2 km away from the building (5 min. by train and car, 14 min. by bus and 30 min. on foot). For people with a car there is a car park for a fee.

Schönes Apartment in bester Lage

Wir waren beruflich (und mit dem Auto) da und konnten im Parkhaus immer einen Platz finden. Der Anschluß zur Autobahn war super schnell. Die Nähe zur Migros war sehr praktisch. Hätten wir gewußt, daß nebenan ein Hallenbad ist, hätten wir Badekleidung mitgenommen. Die Lage ist so gut, daß wir gerne wieder eine Wohnung im Allmend buchen! Die Ausrüstung in der Küche war ok. Wir hätten eine Zitronenpresse gebraucht, die es leider nicht gab.
