The former painting studio rebuilt 2010 to an individual Apartment. It has parking, private entrance and a balcony with Tuscan views in open countryside. From the entrance area with a bathroom, a steep staircase in the studio. 1 Floor where a large room opens: with kitchen, large table and chairs; one step higher in the relaxation area with double bed and second deck coach area, armchairs and balcony.
The apartment is clean and fully furnished, without frills. You will find bed linen, towels, dish towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, spices, basic equipment.
Best for 2 people, but also family and a group that can be combined in a 48 square meter room. Additional mattresses are available.

Suitable for the young at heart of all ages.
The region is marked by volcanism. Geopfade, the dream path Eifelsteig and attractive hiking trails await you. In the Römerthermen in Bad Breisig you can relax and unwind.

Weekend in German Tuscany
We stayed two days in Karin’s house and we really loved it. The house is lovely, the space of the old atelier is extremely comfortable, well equipped, has a lot of light and a very nice terrace. We wouldn’t mind having a bit wider double bed, but it’s okay for a short stay. The place is a great starting point for hiking and exploring this really beautiful region. Karin is good and helpful host. Warmest recommendation!

Schlichte, aber gemütliche Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Die Ferienwohnung in einer herrlichen Wanderregion ist ruhig gelegen (sofern der Hahn von nebenan sich einigermaßen zurückhält) und originell geschnitten und ausgetattet. Mit wenig zusätzlichem Aufwand ließe sich das Wohlbefinden noch steigern (Beleuchtung, Sonnenschirm für den Balkon), aber preiswert ist die Wohnung auf jeden Fall.

Schöne Wohnung mit individueller Ausstrahlung eines Künstlerateliers
Toller Ausblick-Beschreibung war nicht übertrieben. Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage. Sauber. Ausstattung ausreichend. Einziger Punkt mit Verbesserungspotential: Bett und Kopfkisssen.

Natur, Ruhe, Entspannung, Inspiration
Tolle Lage mit weitem Blick über das Brohltal. Sehr helles und geräumiges Appartement mit hohen Decken. Geschickter Grundriss mit mehreren Ebenen. Sehr bequeme Matratze. Einrichtung zweckmäßig, gemütlich, alles da was man braucht. Alles sauber. Und sehr inspirierend wegen der Nähe zum Kunstpavillon und der Kunstwerkstatt der Vermieterin sowie den tollen Kunstwerken im Garten und am Haus. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge vom Balkon aus zu sehen und noch beeindruckender wenn man im wenigen Minuten auf der Anhöhe des Herchenberges ist. Absolute Empfehlung. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Atelierloft ist wirklich zu lustig.
Bei dieser Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um ein generell gut geschnittenes Zimmer, welches weit mehr verdient, als ein zusammengesuchtes Siresarium aus allen möglichen Geschmacklosigkeiten.
Da passt wirklich NICHTS zusammen. ....
Lampe, Bild , zig verschiedene, völlig überflüssige Stühle....Alle Matratzen auf dem Boden..Ausser das Bett...Das erhebt sich doch tatsächlich 20 cm....(Völlig ungeeignet für ältete Menschen, zu zweit eh schlecht beschlafbar (1,40m) einfach fürchterlich .
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Apartment zu verdunkeln.
Der Kühlschrank ist ausser laut, brühwarm. ....
Aber der Oberhammer ist, dass sich weder ein Fernseher, noch ein Radio in diesem befinden.
Auf Anfrage, bei 4 Übernachtungen, wenigstens einen Radio bereit zu stellen, wenn es schon kein Fernseher gibt, war die Antwort: die Vermieterin habe keinen Radio....?????
Lt Vermieterin steht das in der Anzeige.....Ich habe nirgendwo gefunden, dass es weder TV noch Radio gibt.. ( man hätte sich ja dann einen eigenen mitbringen können...
Die Vermieterin meinte, man solle sich Musik über das Internet herunterladen. ....

Im Atelierloft fühlen sich junge oder junggebliebene Singles oder Paare sehr wohl.
Radio und Fernsehen sind nicht vorhanden, da die bisherigen Besucher ihre Smartphones & Laptops etc. dabei haben und sich ihre Musik, podcasts, Live-Streams etc. problemlos abspielen oder runterladen konnten.
Die offene Ferienwohnung ist auf das Wesentliche reduziert und spartanisch- modern, ohne Plüsch und Kitsch-Deko.
Ein neuer Kühlschrank wurde installiert.
Die Fenster haben Jalousien oder weiße Vorhänge und der Raum kann nicht schwarz verdunkelt werden.
Einige Mieter verglichen das Atelierloft mit modernen-urbanen Wohnformen aus Architekturmagazinen, mit dem zusätzlichen Attribut der wunderschönen Eifellandschaft rundherum.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, angenehm und großzügig eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist vorhanden, sehr gut funktionierendes WLAN, sehr ruhig, sehr nette Vermieterin, wunderschöne Gegend, gut zum Laufen: was will man mehr? Kommen gerne wieder

Nice and spacious studio
The appartement was in a great location, perfect to make bike tours through the beautiful landscapes. Appartement had good facilities, a well equipped kitchen and was very clean. Karin was a very sweet and nice host! We definetly recommend this studio.
