A clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighbourhood.

My husband and I stayed at this home for the month of March 2023. The location was perfect, a short drive to all shopping and amenities. We enjoy paddling and cycling, both activities were locally accessible. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. It is exactly as advertised, the photos are accurate, and it was clean and comfortable. The home was stocked with all the essentials, no need to bring anything but personal items, clothing and food, everything else is included. Wendy, the owner, was a delight to interact with. She met us on arrival and gave us the tour. She was readily available to answer any of our questions throughout our stay. A perfect host.

Nice stay while in ocala

The house was decorated very nicely. Wendy was very responsive with any issues. The dryer stopped working and she had a new one there within 2 hours. That was great. Thanks Wendy

Thoughful owners//charming home

Gorgeous property conveniently located 4 miles from Silver Springs in one direction and the downtown in the other direction. Publix and Walmart also close by. The backyard has beautiful mature trees with owls that visited every night. The owners left no detail overlooked. My feet are always cold so I was delighted to see they had a heating pad in every room. Every communication I had with Wendy was met with pleasant politeness. This was a new property for the owners and this was my first time VRBOing. I wasn't sure what to expect in the home. When I asked about a crockpot, lawn chairs, a rubber scraper, waffle maker, and even baking soda and vanilla, she promptly ordered them for the home and had them shipped before we even got there. When we arrived there was a loaf of banana bread freshly baked on the counter. At one point a bulb burned out and the smoke detector battery died. She ran these replacement items over the next day. I would rent from Wendy and Nick a thousand times over.

TOTAL RELAXATION

We arrived at VRBO rental and no problem checking in. Texted owner while driving for code for door lock. Got code with in seconds. House was very very clean!!! Beds were excellent. Kitchen was well equipped. Back yard was very relaxing on deck or Gazebo . owner had a list of restaurants and explained how streets ran and dividing lines. I could go on and on but the best way is to rate this rental is A++
